@Xfinity @XfinitySupport Apparently it's also effecting your service. My mobile service (yours) and my WiFi are running like I'm on AOL dial up 😒 I chatted with someone and their solution was to send a sim card. 🤨

My mom keeps getting fake emails (3 of which she has fallen for and I had to help her call setup a new bank account) and I just don’t understand how a women whose had email since AOL can be scammed so easily. Like, are we all to become like this in old age?

Sitting here thinking ... there’s still a few thousand people using AOL dial up internet service. Dial up internet. Like... you have to have a landline. Whose grandmother is this?

@foreman_william @erinhale that was the problem. i was exec ed of Asiaweek when AOL shut it down in Dec 2001 and the underlying cause was an almost total reliance on advertising revenue which had collapsed after 9/11 By the way, AOL (Time Warner) refused to sell rights to the name

@AOL I had an account that I have not access for years, but needed to access. since I can’t remember the password I’m locked out and the phone number on file is no longer in use. I’m being told that there is nothing that can be done. Help me understand why!!!!!!
