    @electroboyusa Nope. Same AOL email since dial-up. I also have the same phone number since 1986 and never had a Facebook account. Never felt the need to follow the crowd "just because".

    I owe it to AOL and SNL for educating me when I was still single digits of age. But TWA’s crash shook the **** out of me because I was visiting Florida like once a year, so I was anxious every time I got back on a plane.

    @michaelmiraflor @Aerocles @MattJMcD Why is it a problem that they’re asking what web3 is? To me, that’s a great sign that they care. This is so new in any practical sense. The web itself didn’t matter to most without the browser & AOL. Web 2 didn’t matter for most until Facebook. Most people need real applications.

    @doctorwhoviana @crosa1988 But they loved the infomercial I had written (which never aired). They thought I “understood them.” So they hired me to do all sorts of other stuff. They essentially paid for my 1st condo. Those were the days. But then AOL made a tragically wrong turn. Interesting how that goes.

    @KirbysLastSnack @Great_Katzby @PuckNews It's been WB's biggest problem in the 21st Century. AOL, AT&T, Discovery all came in and took over and resulted in a lack of stable continuity. But I think that Zaslav's strategy of getting everything properly set up is a great idea on paper.

    Aol bought time Warner - AOL collapsed because the deal was an epic fail. Att bought time Warner - att divested within 3 years because the deal was an epic fail. Time Warner changed its name to Warner Bros. Discovery & collapsed into itself when they decided that HBO must go

    @kingnerd1963 @westcountrybird I never owned a walkman or a boombox and I didn't have a MySpace account or an AOL account but otherwise I ticked them all off I could also add that I'd watched video on a BetaMax tape as well as VHS

    @UsingCigarettes @MsRebeccaBlack I never went to that extreme but when I was 12 I’d go into rap chats on AOL and say “can’t spell crap without rap” and then write the chorus to Metallica’s “one” so I kinda get it, kids do things to rebel and are sometimes mean without understanding long term consequences
