If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

  • Robderbs Baseball May Never Come Back (@Robderbs) reported from Croton-on-Hudson, New York

I’m happy to see I’m not the only old guy who never changed his @AOL email from back in the day. #aoldown

  • antiqueboy Andrew Malin (@antiqueboy) reported from Congers, New York

Adulting department, successful. Cancelled an email account from an old ISP that I hadn’t been on in (several? Many?) years. Sorry to those 20k plus emails that are never getting read. Goes to the graveyard in the ether, along with my AOL account.

  • kanedell Karin Lancellotti (@kanedell) reported from Congers, New York

@AOLSupportHelp Bad gateway in NY 30 minutes

  • HoratioABaugh HoratioABaugh (@HoratioABaugh) reported

[product]@aol.com Or [service]@yahoo.com Might be desirable since there can only be one email address of its type in the world. Also AOL and YAHOO email addresses are possibly the oldest email address brands on the Internet.

  • youridoldlieb Dakota Lieb (@youridoldlieb) reported

@ItsStillRealBro Me too man, me too, **** aol

  • LongIslandJen Schatzi35 (@LongIslandJen) reported

@andy_fields1 @nytimes It’s here to stay. The fancy phones and social media were the worst thing to happen to society. It should have stopped with text messages and aol instant messages. Very sad. The bad DEF outweighs the good.

  • jagjetfly Christina 🐎🐎 (@jagjetfly) reported

@RacingPedigrees @dernhelm29 My sister had to create an email account with Microsoft Live to receive emails from her financial adviser. They were never received at her ISP email address. My friend has similar problem with Optus, so uses AOL when they don’t go through #weird

  • momsloveluis Spanish Dilf (@momsloveluis) reported

@MooseManRado I aint gone lie. I been there before but not no pay to see her type ****. Met er on aol back in like 05 an she was *** ugly irl. I still got top tho lmao

  • SingtoPerakFF14 Singto, of the Anchor-Jaw (@SingtoPerakFF14) reported

@LewdCelly Maybe chalk it up to social media and the usage of the term 'friend' therein. I remember one **** in middle school trying to tell me I had no friends compared to her when all she had to prove it was a list of AoL instant message 'friends' she jotted down the next day.

  • naturaltwenty naturaltwenty (@naturaltwenty) reported

@seankreynolds was organizing some Polyhedons and randomly picked up issue 125 from '96. Your 1nitiative section, "Our online guy, Sean Reynolds, promises me it will have all the bells and whistles. So if it sucks, yell at him". The halcyon AOL days!

  • RapidFireReaper Rapid (@RapidFireReaper) reported

@NYCGRIFF @AOL So were just going to pretend a mob dident chase him down the street try to take his rifle and try to murder him? Okay then...

  • KennoM Kenno (@KennoM) reported

@GenerativeLabs Compuserve when there weren't any. Usenet, Fidonets, and of course, a slew of local BBS's... Those were the days my friends, we thought they'd never end, then along came AOL and it was over rover.

  • xrpax1 xrpax (@xrpax1) reported

@bgarlinghouse @AndreoBee @YouTube YouTube is a company with growing broken trust issues. It’s an AOL without the free physical CD. It’s like a landline. About to be unplugged. Or broken up like ma bell.
