@redphase @Techmeme AOL did this back then, and I believe got in trouble with the SEC after the fact. (Hazy on that) But now it’s ok bc the SEC is feckless

@TaelurAlexis Lots! I have 33 years of programming experience. I’ve worked for companies like WorPerfect and AOL, yet I’ve been forced to answer lame questions that I would be capable of solving (given time) in the real world. Knowing shit off the top of your head doesn’t mean you’re smart.

@AOLSupportHelp have lost access to aol via mymail app. Password definitely correct but not accepted. Tried to get email via outlook instead, still says password issues. Is this a third party app thing? What can I do? Can access aol via web browser with no issues. Thanks

Apple phones processor. Literally this game is chugging my switch like it was a Windows 98 computer trying to play anything. I'm flashing back to AOL dial-up at this point with how slow the loadin's are. The only time games wherever this slow in previous games,

@Swizzle94 @pi8you Yeah, you're probably hosed. This was a security step by AOL, and iOS 10.3 (any iOS before 12, iirc) is subject to a couple vulnerabilities (not necessarily to do with mail) that will never be fixed.

I've been online since AOL and I am pretty damned good with social media. My Last Facebook account, I started predicting government action and attracted people from all over the world. That account was shut down. I refuse to link my ID to any social media account.
