@redphase @Techmeme AOL did this back then, and I believe got in trouble with the SEC after the fact. (Hazy on that) But now it’s ok bc the SEC is feckless

@TugboatPhil I learned DOS in 1991. I never used AOL because I started undergrad in 92 and we had internet connections and campus email. It was the most wired campus at the time. I never could figure out what to do with those AOL discs. I should have collected and donated them.
