@KLGLASS2 @Shakti74572 @AOL BE BEST WOOD fits her image perfectly bc the woman is empty as a brickwall cold as an ice cube boring as a slab of wood. Basically an empty ugly soul who will go down in history books as insignificant. Plagiarizer. Liar. Plastic. No compassion whatsoever for kids dying in cages

@mygiantrobot DMX - Ruff Ryders Anthem. Pre-Napster, there were private chat rooms on AOL where people would “serve” MP3s. So painfully slow on a 14.4 kbit/s dial-up connection. Simpler times!

@Zebop He can always hire. His problem with Twitter is it could be the weight around his neck that can force his car and rockets company to ultimately shed him. People need to stop concerning themselves what he'll do. He's the one that's worrying. Twitter is AOL. Who will "own" it next?

I get lots of requests from randoms around the world asking if we (Carmichael) want help building a website or apps. Today I got one from someone still using aol. If I was ever going to entertain using a third party to develop our content, it'd never be someone using aol in 2022!

@StickToPizza Therein lies the crux of the issue really. If there's still a process of verification I think a fair amount of the pessimism subsides. If not though this website is gonna devolve into AOL chatrooms real quick-like. I wouldn't click one link I'd see on this website in that case

If I removed all of the screws of a 56k dialup modem and re duct taped it back together. Cut the phone line and used electrical tape to repair the wires, and then dialed up into an AOL landline… it would still perform better than the entire @0xPolygon network. #IJS.

@sidmacleod @stopthatgirl7 Yeah but Sid, I know you're coming from a good place but it's just not the same as it was in 90s AOL chatrooms and IRC channels. ****'s grim.

@Norm_Benning @daviddaman2 I never knew if his handle was David Daman, as in his last name is Daman. Or if it’s “Da Man” like a middle school AOL Instant Messenger screen name.

@DataAngel IRC is actually still good if you are there just for tech channels (on Libera Chat network). All the non-tech people left a long time ago though of course, to AOL/MSN Messenger and all that came after.
