  • tuba_man Chris 🌈🌟 (@tuba_man) reported from Wheat Ridge, Colorado

@AmyDentata It's the same reason why gaudy desktop PC lights are a mess of vendor lock-in, And why we've reinvented the bad old days of infinite cable bundles and of AOL channels (which is about the nicest way I can think to describe the deliberate interop friction between social media apps)

  • iansltx Ian Littman (@iansltx) reported from Denver, Colorado

Verizon should have never bought Yahoo and AOL, but it's good to see them shed those and refocus. AT&T should have never bought Tim Warner, but it's good to see them soon both that and DTV off. T-Mobilr should have never bought Layer3 TV. Etc.

  • kittehv1876 Kat V (@kittehv1876) reported from Denver, Colorado

@ChrisJFuselier Never trust a Hotmail address, they are the new AOL. 🤣

  • gingertasticCO Danny Sacks (@gingertasticCO) reported from Westminster, Colorado

I want to apologize to AI for calling it a poser. You and I have been down since you first saw my titties on aol instant messenger and have kept it real since.

@LethalityJane Can't remember for sure if I ever had a myspace or AOL... probably did. Another problem with being old.

  • Ranguvar82 Rowan The Brave🍀🍀 (@Ranguvar82) reported

@lovelycrowley Before he can tell himself that responding is probably a spectacularly dumb idea, he'***** SEND. The next email comes in a few seconds later. "Oh! I never expected a response! This is rather exciting!" *AOL mail noise* "Shaddup."

@BadgerCult 2: no AOL or MySpace. (I was slow to do social media. At the point where MySpace was taking off, I was on “The Facebook.” But I didn’t know what the hell to do with it.)

  • ConstantTim Tim Darby (@ConstantTim) reported

@yashar 1 - aol was ****. I judge people if they still have an aol email address.

  • kevin62387 Kevin Mathews (@kevin62387) reported

Anyone else having problems with billing on their @aolmail? I've been paying $4.99 a month since 2004 and since November it keeps going up and I get no help from @AOLSupportHelp. They refuse to connect me with an English speaking person and give no explanation on why it goes up.
