@Sarah_Katilyn @Canny4 That horrid AOL dialup noise will haunt me till the day I die. Fun fact...I still use my AOL mail account from the 90s as my main account. Don't @ me.

@NatashaCL7 I was working as a tech when computers became a thing for people at home. I can still remember the first BBS & Modem bulletin boards. It is not what they envisioned. I can remember AOL, MySpace etc. people said they would never go away.

  • Lfunguscal Larry (@Lfunguscal) reported

I am blocking a ton of bots the last week which I never had before. Be careful . They respond to posts, comments or likes. Twitter needs to do better since Jack Dorsey left. Remember MySpace or AOL?

@cronokirby Open-access, you are not restricted because of identity or geographical location. Other arguments: - Auditable service - Access to an internet of dapps vs AOL But generally, operators have incentive to build it first and the bet is that they'll outcompete existing services.

@Kupohero @bergman864 @HeelYajuu Lol AOL was the main reason went out . Stop trying to use the ratings or the success thing . It didn’t help , but even good ratings more than likely wouldn’t have mattered.
