    @clairecmc I called AOL to cancel my Dad's account after he died . They wanted to know why it was being cancelled, I told them because my Dad, the account holder, had passed away. They then wanted to upgrade him. I said no, he won't need it because he's DEAD. They don't listen, don't care.
