Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP
