Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. You sign up via the Backays App. I get the error code MR014. I reinstalled app - still get this response. Speaking to both support teams you blame each other. Please sort it.
