    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp hey, just out of curiosity when are you going to start mortgage appointments in branch again? As the current system is absolutely terrible and not being able to see someone face to face is seriously putting me off keeping my mortgage with you.

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    Why do I have to explain to @BarclaysUK staff that the chip and sign cards they issue don't magically have a hidden PIN that is used sometimes. Here's a hint. A chip and sign card with a pin is called a CHIP AND PIN CARD. It's not a sign card if it has a pin in any form.

    Rubbish service from @BarclaysUK today. My 11yo daughter just wants her own account. Can’t make an appointment in branch until 17/12, the video call booking breaks every time we get close to an appointment. 40 minute wait to speak at the counter. One disappointed girl.

    @BarclaysUK your customer service is appalling! I've been hung up on, told his system is slow and puts me back to the menu and after trying to sort out a direct debit for over an hour your system failed to set up, the line was cut and the direct debit is still not set up.....

    @MarkSeddon1962 @barbaraanneken1 @BarclaysUK Our Barclays was extremely busy, and that was the reason given for closing the branch down ? Work that one out ! Most people in the queue were looking elsewhere because of this attitude, and the staff who always tried their best just gave up.

    @BarclaysUK Like removing all your counter staff after 2pm and making retail branches into app only, then not giving staff training to answer simple questions without queuing for a single open counter? Great way to save money and alienate customers 👏🏽👏🏽 Still can't even access my account!!!!

    @BarclaysUK I've been waiting on a call for more than 20 mins in two different tries and while talking nicely to the agent the call is on but I can't hear anyone. I'm trying to report a scam and have my money back (can't do it online apparently). Your customer service SUCKS!.

    @BarclaysUK I called you earlier today about a dormant business account. I got cut off while chatting to the team. No one has called me back. Now I keep getting cut off during the menu part of the call, haven’t even managed to speak to a person this afternoon….please help!

    Massive thanks to @BarclaysUK at Hexham for making my 72 year old mum cry her eyes out after your disgusting customer service. You made her feel like a fraudster trying to get her own money out & didn't even check her card! She left with nothing except embarrassment. Shameful!!
