    @neilTheMagpie @BarclaysUK Been with them near on 25yrs, no bother at all .. only issue I have is that their Premier Banking team call every 2 months to try and upsell services ..

    @BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

    @BarclaysUK can someone please help, I have tried everything, emailing, calling, the lot. You issued me a credit card without my consent, then issued a default for a credit card I didn’t even know I had, now it’s stopping me getting a mortgage, please sort this ASAP

    I know the policy is to make branches as ruthlessly efficient as possible, but making people in their 80s queue for 50 mins as there's only 1 person on counter service seems cruel & discriminatory, @BarclaysUK . And only 2 seats for a 20+ strong queue in Morpeth this week.

    @BarclaysUK You've declined my choice of picture for personalising my bank card, despite it not contravening any of your rules. There is no obvious option on the "contact us" page on the website to let me rectify this. Please advise.
