    @BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

    It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK I have 2x payments towards my Barclaycard. Obviously I only wanted to pay 1. Called the Customer Service number to recall the payment and got placed into a telephonic whirl pool then the call disconnected! A robot advised to use the chat facility with no response!

    @BarclaysUK I'm disabled person without a local branch, you put a review on my account without letting me know, wont tell me why when I call. I cant access my account or money , I have no food or cash I can use in the meantime, effectively leaving me homebound and without food for a week.

    @findjoyeveryday @Zebrafishspoony @BarclaysUK Yes! I’d forgotten that. I did exactly this 2 months ago because my bank was closed due to staff sickness & the lady in the charity shop I was chatting to told me the Post Office offer this free service.

    @BarclaysUKHelp No, I didn't have camping equipment so I had to leave the queue. Trying to pay in Christian Aid money. Paperwork already completed to say bank pay in, not PO. I won't try again. It's just NOT customer service to keep closing branches however @BarclaysUK try to package it!
