    It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK the worst experience since June trying to change my mortgage. From wrong advice to not receiving paperwork due to the poor service from Barclays. What a mess! And to be told I’ll be reimbursed for over payments taken. Right first time!!! 🤬

    Does anyone have any suggestions of ways to get through to @BarclaysUK Business please? Other than email, phone and live chat (all unanswered) it is physically impossible to speak to anyone and now our business account is restricted and bank card expired!!

    After 5 years being a loyal @Apple customer in the UK and being enrolled in the yearly iPhone renewal program, last week I had an outrageous upsetting experience with @AppleSupport and @BarclaysUK, treating me like trash when it’s their problem to solve. Poor customer service.

    @Nigelp89668893 @BarclaysUK Oh m8, that's disgusting. They are an appalling bank. My disabled brother hasn't had online access since Friday, and we're still waiting for their IT people to call us. Bloody loathsome bank.

    Trying to get a re mortgage with Barclays @BarclaysUK and Optima Legal @OptimaLegal is one of the worst experiences ever! Dreadful customer service and I can see others are finding the same. We started this in April!! Now about to lose our mortgage offer. Complaints begun..

    @BarclaysUK Took 1hr to get through your call centres, However the staff were perfect and resolved the issue, after few hand-offs. No complaints, only praise for your contact centre. #barclays 👏

    @BarclaysUK after banking with you guys for nearly 30 years its really got to that point where your customer service is so bad that think its time to re-evaluate my options.. Its unsustainable to run a small business with a bank where you cant speak to anyone
