It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

Felt a bit sad deleting the @HSBC_UK app this morning after joining them as the Midland on my first day at polytechnic. But that’s where poor service and nearly destroying a house move due to a mortgage advisor drawing ridiculous conclusions gets you. Hello to @BarclaysUK 👍🏻

@BarclaysUK I've been in the queue for over an hour to speak to a video banker to open my daughter a bank account. This is the second time I've tried to do this. The first time I had to give up after 30 minutes. This is terrible customer service.
