I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
