Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting
