@BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... u use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞
