Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.
