After 5 years being a loyal @Apple customer in the UK and being enrolled in the yearly iPhone renewal program, last week I had an outrageous upsetting experience with @AppleSupport and @BarclaysUK, treating me like trash when it’s their problem to solve. Poor customer service.

@BarclaysUK over a 2 hour wait the three times I have tried to ring your helpline - who has the time to wait for that… why don’t you have enough staff? If I don’t ring or go 14 miles to a branch I risk our account being closed…. Poor customer service.

Trying to get a re mortgage with Barclays @BarclaysUK and Optima Legal @OptimaLegal is one of the worst experiences ever! Dreadful customer service and I can see others are finding the same. We started this in April!! Now about to lose our mortgage offer. Complaints begun..

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either
