@BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

@BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.

@BarclaysUK 3 hours on hold online to try and set up a childs bank account. 1 hour of that hold was after the service had closed, yet no notification from the system! Obviously we didn't get through! Not the first time of trying either. Very poor service
