    @BarclaysUK I am appalled at the service you are giving to Trustees of Arleston Community Centre, Wellington. You still keep sending them threatening letters saying you will close their account down unless they provide latest business details. They have done that months ago.

    @BarclaysUK shocking customer service! Changed address now locked out of both banking apps, over an hour on the phone to be told I need to call into branch with ID, I am abroad til May Response from Barclays can't help, no access to your accounts until you call into a branch.

    Really angry with the service received from @BarclaysUK @Barclays refusing to honour an offer for there life insurance that was on the app! Poor service don’t bother

    Absolutely terrible experience with @BarclaysUK have been with you for many years but as soon as my current complaint is actually dealt with, I will no longer be banking with you, absolutely shocking customer service.

    @BarclaysUK I am a premier customer and can’t get through on the phone. Menu options, say what you need 3 times then get told there is a 20min wait. With first direct I’m not premier and i get straight through. Not feeling very premier. Your telephone banking is a disaster.
