@BarclaysUK - App - Problem when registering. Used Pin Sentry > when reached stage on Pin Sentry where says: Place the number. Tell us which number? For this also place on App screen: Place this number (from the two boxes) onto your Pin Sentry. Tell us this. Pls be specific. UK

@BarclaysUK trying to open a current account, your app and website won't let me so went into branch for them to refuse to look at the issue and tell me they can't open accounts in branch (seems bizarre, what are they for?) are you able to help or should I choose a different bank)

Terrible service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I receive an email from a named complaints handler, I reply raising further questions and almost 2 weeks later no reply,nada,zilch. Further example of the rubbish service.
