@BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

So annoyed with my mortgage switchover with @BarclaysUK using Integrar. Appalling customer service, don’t even care on the urgency of the matter. They say they sent stuff to me, but haven’t 😤 Now I’m days away from a variable rate increase. Literally could cry 😭

@BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE you. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer Metro where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Will transfer.

Terrible service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I receive an email from a named complaints handler, I reply raising further questions and almost 2 weeks later no reply,nada,zilch. Further example of the rubbish service.
