  @BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

  Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

  It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.

  @BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over £10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

  @PSCupdates @Barclays @BarclaysUK - closed my account a while back and moved all my savings. Why ? People with humanity don’t support genocide. Everyone close your accounts ! Stay away from them.
