I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!
