I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.
