    @connorcatchmall @BarclaysUK They already have terrible wait times when you call. They should focus on that first. If service was good already then by all means look at other things, just get the basics right first.

    @BarclaysUK Just address people in writing as Dear Customer..problem solved! If you're talking to me on the phone I quite clearly have a female voice and would think you'd gone nuts by asking me what I am. Also THEY refers to more than one person. There's definitely only one of me!

    @BarclaysUK Showing this to my 83 yr old Mother. She will now understand why the telephone service is useless & no interest. She has been loyal for 65yrs. She can move over to my bank who actually answer the phone.
