@BarclaysUKHelp Hello, We have a cheque we need to deposit but are not having much luck. Our local @BarclaysUK branch is closed and our next nearest is closing down next week. Understand it can be done at a Post Office but we will need some special envelopes and deposit slips?

Anyone know of a bank that can actually give you human help when you need it? @BarclaysUK is awful, directing everything to chat then can't help you there. But then having no one able to take a phone call!

Another depressing trip to @Barclays in Walton on Thames. Long queues, one counter staff and zero customer service. Lots of machines though. @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp
