    @BarclaysUK I want to send you a secure message to say I haven't received something but your website requires I use the thing I haven't received to use the messaging system. I think you can see the problem here.

    @BarclaysUK Closing our branch in Dolgellau leaving a 70 mile round trip to the nearest one. Say to use a post office...ours is barely open once a week. Teaching my kids to bank and take money to pay in. Well they can't do that now. Elderly population who have nowhere to access

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp Fraud team is open 24/7 and on hold for 30 minutes and no one is answering. Really need help with an online scam - unable to get in contact with yourselves. Stressful times and psychologically destroying.

    @afrozefz the emoji use is really bizarre @BarclaysUK and the offer of support also seems to be negligible - do you not actually have any policies on what to do in situations where people leave abusive partners? or is it just performative offers of "support"

    @BarclaysUK thanks to Ben at your kendal branch for his ridicule of 3 waiting customers for closing your desk at 1400,. Suppose the sign says closed and your not a stationary store comments belittling customers that have had to travel because of bank closures,. Poor service
