@BarclaysUK don’t normally complain but tried to contact you business branch in Preston since you shut local services down only to having to leave a message…now looking for another bank to do business with carry on like this and you will have no business bank accounts.

Shocking customer service by @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard 2 hours on the phone to customer service waiting only to be then cut when an agent finally gets to deal with the issue before saying she can’t help and then a online chat which abruptly ends.

@BarclaysUK after banking with you guys for nearly 30 years its really got to that point where your customer service is so bad that think its time to re-evaluate my options.. Its unsustainable to run a small business with a bank where you cant speak to anyone
