JPM (@JPM38269789) reported@BarclaysUK Barclays needs to spend more on its telephone mortgage service than it does on advertising its debit cards. Truly an appalling service. Nearly half an hour trying to get certificates of interest. Hung up in the end.

Cos that's probably a lie as I as a disabled person get ignored, shunned and face a wall of silence!
