@BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

Ugh dealing with @BarclaysUK is now a nightmare. Might be time to finally change banks. - Customer service is now terrible, used to be quite good. - Still don't support google pay with their cards, so you have to use their app which turns off contactless everytime it updates.
