Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

The only way to get any help is by calling them, but all they do is provide lies and nothing else. Why do you have such a useless team in place?

1618cc™/3 (@RomeoXrayBravo) reportedYou'd expect the scammers at @BarclaysUK / @Barclaycard to know when a customer logs into their account and cancels a direct debit, wouldn't you? Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.
