Emma Simms (@emmalsimms) reported@BarclaysUK atrocious service. Spent most of the morning on the phone only to be told to go to branch. Go to branch and only one desk open and up to 20 people queuing down street. Closes at 2pm. How is anybody with a full time job expected to do their banking?!
