@BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

@mark_underwater @BarclaysUK How it works is simple. I bought my phone outright and didn't have to enter any agreement with anyone. My service is non contract and I can leave/switch whenever I like. Times have changed muchacho, you should try to get with them.

It cost £160 Its an Android it's also built like a brick **** house because it's designed to take a beating from people who participate in outdoor sports. @BarclaysUK After being with Barclays for over 25 years I have decided to leave. All the branches near me have closed down. I'll be going to one of the other banks that still give it's customers local branches that handle real money.
