    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I called in bang on 7am which is your ‘most quietest time’. Told the wait is 5-10mins and 45mins later guess what… I’m STILL on hold! A silly admin error on your side has now cost me over £2000. Terrible customer service!

    Lol @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really? Withholding my money because you’re questioning its “legitimacy”? I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and this has never happened to me once, and I’ve deposited a lot more than i have today - not to mention making me wait 3 days

    @BarclaysUK can't log into the app, get error code 00002. Message says call us by using direct call from within app... ...you clearly haven't thought this through properly have you.

    @BarclaysUK since when do you have you not cash over the counter after 2 pm. There is nothing in my local branch that says so. Very poor service.
