@BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

@GhostofGoose2 @BarclaysUK Banks *despise* the retail sector. My former bank (Lloyds) began a programme of branch closures some 30 years ago! And the others followed suit. As for being able to ring your local branch... How long since that was a thing? (Yet the interest goes down and the fees go up...)

@BarclaysUK the most rubbish service when it comes to chargeback they are not helpful and will make excuses so they don’t need to pay the customers. They stress you out… abs rubbish!
