    @BarclaysUK most pathetic experience ever.switched from tsb to barclays card credit card. Just to update my phone number I had to wait for 35 hours and still no solution.costed me 1000 pound because of their lack of any customer support. Never using barclays ever again

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK @Barclays is it true you’re actually gonna close our Oswestry branch? Take everything and give us nowhere to pay cash in? Other towns have at lots of machines … we have **** machines and now nothing at all? 😡 Do you not want customers?

    @BarclaysUK please can you help me to log a complaint. I am being told there is a glitch in my app as payments are showing on my statements and chat team are saying they are still pending, when my pending amount is £34.66 and not the £680 I am querying. I need transparency/help

    Hey @BarclaysUK is the problem with the app to pay checks in! Each photo taken is too quick, therefore photo is blurred, then it freezes! Tried you about 5 times now and still not working properly
