  @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, why have you removed the memorable phrase from the sign on screen to your app and made the whole page look different without any warning. I had to find out about it by googling as I thought my phone had been hacked. It's pretty poor service actually

  @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

  Hello @BarclaysUK your new app update sucks. You can no longer see what your balance was after each transaction. You make it almost impossible for customers to send feedback, so sending a message here.
