  @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

  @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

  @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

  @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

  @BarclaysUK is an absolute thief, they have provided the worst possible customer service done by this fella called Chirag or something like that, I have sent £50 to my cousin, the transfer didn’t go through even though they have asked soooo many questions before sending it.

  @PSCupdates @Barclays @BarclaysUK - closed my account a while back and moved all my savings. Why ? People with humanity don’t support genocide. Everyone close your accounts ! Stay away from them.
