  @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

  @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

  @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  Why does nothing in the @BarclaysUK app ever work. They’ve been ‘making improvements’ for months now and it’s always got an issue. So then you have to call, and something that should that 30 seconds, has become an hour long task…

  I can confirm that @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK are in bed with the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds The scammers at Barclays will WITHHOLD information about how you used their website, and the FOS won't press them for evidence. #Barclays trade with impunity.
