@BarclaysUK Can I ask that you add an 'on keypress handler' to your desktop login page, so that instead of having to click login I can just hit return? That would be a useful feature from an accessibility point of view. Most sites have that, and it's an easy piece of coding. Ta!

@BarclaysUK Over 50 that’s good! Except for one very important service and that is a mobile phone App for Barclays Customers who DONT have a UK phone number!!!!! Come on Barclays, get with the times!!!

The tweet thread references what was said in a phonecall with them, and what they said to me, so I think it's safe to say THEY KNOW. This is an issue which I've spoken to them about, at least a few hundred times over the past 10 years.
