    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    Team @BarclaysUK threaten to close my biz account tomorrow. They say I need to complete forms on my app. They didn’t provide. Callcentre sent a download but didn’t provide me with access pass phrase. I have to drive to a branch somewhere to sort it.already did this a while ago

    @BarclaysUK I have been sent round and round in circles by Barclays trying to sort out my App Notifications. I have a ticket for technical to call me and they don’t. As a Premier Customer I have called everyone I can. And tomorrow is the date of App only authorisation go live !!

    Quite unbelievable that I am still waiting for @BarclaysUK to even acknowledge my complaint that they received on the 5th of November 2022. According to the Barclays website "we aim to contact you within 24 hours." I have now referred my complaint to the Ombudsman

    I would say I had a good start to the week. but I had to go in to my local @BarclaysUK so it was comprehensively ****. If a bank refuses to have actual human cashiers, forcing everyone to wait for well over 30 mins, maybe they should pay for their customers parking?

    @BarclaysUK I think feedback is important and I would like to highlight a shortcoming with the Barclays App. I receive cheques off an old relative, but your app is terrible at scanning cheques. Even though I aim correctly, the images taken look lopsided and are always rejected.

    @BarclaysUK why bother giving me access to dm if nobody answers and sending a cryptic email thats extremely stressful
