Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.
