  @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

  It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

  Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

  @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK
