I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.
