Scenario: you get a new phone and you need to login to your bank. User journey: email, card and password. Make things easy. @BarclaysUK decided to “innovate” and you need to call them to delete your old device and add a new one. Veryyyyy 1980s. I need a new bank.

@BarclaysUK customer service today by 2 agents was awful today, telling me I needed to go to a branch when I had already explained I had done that and they couldn’t help. Finally managed to speak with someone who actually wanted to help in the fraud team

@MarysLinoprints @BarclaysUK @Barclays just 1 example. Regardless of funding, what factual errors did they write? It's all easily checkable. Even fact checkers say that 97% was arbitrary no used for media. don't forget, equally, many climate scientists have a vested interest, they don't want to be unfunded either.

Hi @BarclaysUK I'm trying to open an account for my kids. What little video appointments there are, are only available in school hours. Your local branch closed down and no appointments at the one 40mins away. Not sure the system is inspiring confidence (and yes no phone one's)
