I tried to transfer my Help to Buy ISA over a month ago and I have spent hours back and forth between @BarclaysUK and @HalifaxBank trying to resolve the issue. Both sides say it is the other's fault it's like working with bickering children. Neither backs down.

@BarclaysUK I have travelpack+, I broke down a week ago called @TheRAC_UK. My car was collected but never arrived at its destination. RAC don't know where it is and every time I get told I'll receive a call back from a manager that never happens. Can you help find my lost car?

@BarclaysUK -I've been trying to get you to refund an ERC that you were supposed to return to me in Sept 22. I've called four times and been told the payment is on the way. Two months later it hasn't arrived. I've made a formal complaint which hasn't been dealt with. Please help!

@BarclaysUK having to use the app for online purchases now cause it’s the only option is now a pain in the arse! Being disabled I’m now going to have wait for my carers to be around to help me, rather than getting a code I can see on my iMac

Failing to access my online account @BarclaysUK since December. Several attempts to get help, even went to branch with ID, no luck. This is unacceptable, it's been 2 months.

Avoid Business Banking with @BarclaysUK @Barclays. IMPOSSIBLE to close an account and they keep charging monthly fees even after you have a) withdrawn all money and b) re-iterated numerous times for over a month that you want to close your account.

@BarclaysUK had a passive aggressive letter about our community account, rang and got told wait time was 2 hours, requested call back who hung up on me when they called. Now ringing to complain and in a 40 minute q. Your service is terrible more staff may help - just saying!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Went into branch to open an isa. Over three weeks later, nothing. Called customer services to ask about the status of my application & told they only deal with live accounts. Terrible new customer experience. Probably good my account wasn't opened.
