@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusting of you incompetent clowns to keep hanging up on me 15 mins and 17 mins on hold during telephone banking. TWICE this happened using mobile and landline. Before you start, DON'T push internet banking or apps on me. Just fix that call problem!

@BarclaysUK finally moving from your bank after 12 years. No customer service whatsoever. Who runs a business in 2022 where phone lines don’t open on a Saturday and a live chat takes 45 mins to respond #badcustomerservice

@BarclaysUK Had to call helpline as online mortgage account information appears to be incorrect. Was on hold for 59 minutes, only to be cut off. Terrible customer service.

Just called @Disney_UK Store because (yet another) parcel hasn't arrived. This woman might have helped a bit but for a company like Disney, she sure sounded pissed off! @BarclaysUK Closing loads of branches, limiting services without giving customers a choice. Awful bank.
