@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

@BarclaysUK Hi, any danger your talented but clearly underemployed developer teams could stop redesigning the home page for Barclays banking every five minutes please? Find a design and stick to it. Every time I log in, it's like being on an episode of Mastermind.
