    @BarclaysUKHelp DM.......no thanks. This is a problem @Barclays @BarclaysUK introduced in September, when they removed SMS and PIN Sentry as verification options for customers with the app. I know from comms via the app. I will deregister the app and others might benefit from this knowledge.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I went into the bank today and was told the account has been outrightly shut down....i did nit even get an email to this effect knowing fully well i might be overseas or something......your staff was not helpful at all. this left devastated...Fix this

    @BarclaysUK you may want to work on your chat AI and UI experiences. I have been looped for over 2 hrs. Seems like automation isn't the customer focus you thought it was.

    @BarclaysUKHelp I see another customer wrote " @BarclaysUK have closed my business bank account and cancelled my cards because I haven’t replied to some letters than I have not received." so I assume threat of acct closure real, advice from Barclays to take our money into another bank correct?

    Absolutely disgusted at lack of contact with @BarclaysUK I'm a premier customer, their new app only confirmation has resulted in **** all happening and being unable to confirm what I want to pay. Piss poor service and every avenue including on the app is a dead end. Speak to me.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK Escalate a DD indemnity claim in respect of an incorrect payment. Manager (Mike / staff ID: G01174631) claims he’s too busy to speak to me, refusing to provide his surname & hiding behind the T1 team. Is this how you treat a Customer of > 25 years.
