    An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

    Terrible service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I receive an email from a named complaints handler, I reply raising further questions and almost 2 weeks later no reply,nada,zilch. Further example of the rubbish service.

    @BarclaysUK - App - Problem when registering. Used Pin Sentry > when reached stage on Pin Sentry where says: “Place the number.” Tell us which number? For this also place on App screen: Place this number (from the two boxes) onto your Pin Sentry. Tell us this. Pls be specific. UK
