  @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!
