@BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

@BarclaysUK Just been charged £3.53 bank charges even though my account is in credit. Tried using the app and its impossible to make them understand. First of all they assumed I was referring to a Barclaycard charge and then they assumed I'd lost my card !!??

@toontotown @BarclaysUK Had exactly the same problem mate. Their Chat service allows you to create/write your message but then Barclays reply when they want too. I found that so frustrating my only option left was to go speak our local branch.

@BarclaysUK you keep emailing me even though I don't have an account with your and am not a Miss Godfrey. Your Customer Service said they fixed the problem in December but they have not. WHY DO YOU STILL RETAIN MY EMAIL?
