@BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

@RaGuRoks @BarclaysUK It has. For those who care about inclusivity in banking and customer service, it has shown that Barclays are trying to do the right thing. It has also helped identify a load of bigots on this app to report for discrimination and transphobic. Win/win, really.
