    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @Barclays we sent request on 12 Sept asking for a letter confirming ownership of our account. Without it we can’t collect payments from our members and as a grassroots community club we desperately need to be able to do this. Please can someone help? @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of £10.56 will be £10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.

    Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

    @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard
