For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

As a Premier Customer I have called everyone I can. And tomorrow is the date of App only authorisation go live !!

Steven Jones (@stevenjonesorig) reported@BarclaysUK I think feedback is important and I would like to highlight a shortcoming with the Barclays App. I receive cheques off an old relative, but your app is terrible at scanning cheques. Even though I aim correctly, the images taken look lopsided and are always rejected.
