WTF @btsport Penguins v Caps goes off mid-game and we end up with blank screen and then adverts 😡😡

  • chrisphin Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

  • DerekTaylorDFC Derek Taylor (@DerekTaylorDFC) reported from Dundee, Scotland

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

  • daveofduncan 🄳🄰🅅🄴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@daveofduncan) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

  • cuthyb Andrew C Jnr #FBPE🔶️🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

  • SeanSievewright Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

  • Pitlessie1 Pitlessie Village Inn (@Pitlessie1) reported from Pitlessie, Scotland

@BTCare yet another serious problem with bt billing. An hour and twenty on the phone, transferred to the phillipines and told we were lying #unbelievable #shocking #dire

  • CannNicola Nicola Mc Cann (@CannNicola) reported

@bt_uk working from home with broadband that never stays connected for more than 5 minutes at a time . So frustrating and was never an issue with previous provider.

  • 12Clarkey_ kels c (@12Clarkey_) reported

@bt_uk Funnily enough I was supposed to have a call Monday. That never arrived and a text was sent instead. So can I be given a time of when I will be called? I’m teaching live lessons so ideally need to know.

  • ssherlock ssherlock (@ssherlock) reported

I wonder whether @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp have a punishment system whereby the more you call for an update the further down the queue you go????

  • Jack_Shannon Jack Shannon (@Jack_Shannon) reported

@bt_uk My elderly and vulnerable. parents have received FOUR nuisance calls today and it's not even lunchtime! They pay extra to NOT receive these calls. This has been going on for ages and have had no help from you when they contacted you. What are you going to do about it?

  • kit_hawkins Kit Hawkins (@kit_hawkins) reported

    @jonnybarker1965 @btsport @gaglennon What was the problem?

  • dantheman19970 dan (@dantheman19970) reported

@bramblesong @bt_uk Try customer service then hopefully you get the answer soon mate :)

  • SavinThePeeps Chief Skinzlord 👌🐝 (@SavinThePeeps) reported

@bt_uk @EE Never EVER deal with BT in any capacity. The customer service is trash. Scumbag company.

  • pjgfox Paddy G (@pjgfox) reported

@btsport hi, if I buy the £25 per month sports pass is it available online as I'm not a bit or sky customer?

  • Houseofclinick Pete Clinick (@Houseofclinick) reported

Why when we get scam calls from locations in the UK doesn't @bt_uk disconnect them/report them to any fraud agencies. Is it because they make money from them as well? My last one was from a Manchester number (at least via). Said they were going to "cancel my computer account".
