    @bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @girl_tinder @bt_uk BT are a Statuary Undertaker and as such under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 are legally obliged if they have a customer “out of service “ to issue an Emergency works notice to you local Authority to carry out a repair to the pylon within two hours. So this is very poor

    Quite disappointed to read that @btsport UHD will now not be available on Sky this weekend as originally planned. Hopefully the technical issues they have reported can be sorted out quickly and it can launch very soon.

    @bt_uk It's unbelievable that I have to speak to another part of your company to sort this? We both know whats going to happen, I'll either leave and come back as a "new customer" with a shiny new offer that's cheaper than mine or I move to another company. It's so stupid!!

    @girl_tinder @bt_uk 🫢 Jesus! This is disgusting. @Ofcom is the governing body to start your complaint lovely. No service, no charge, surely? It's BT. They're a law unto themselves & have a reputation to match it the country over. Start the complaints process with BT. They have 6 weeks.
