@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk For professional internet requirements I recommend @aaisp - a little more expensive, but much more reliable in terms of uptime and consistent speeds for streaming/uploading videos etc - plus you're not forced to pay for a voice service you probably don't use.

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I wish I was lying but my BT internet has been down for 4 weeks today… it is all in my landlords name and I am unable to do anything about it except pay to work at a hot desking place. I am beyond the end of my tether
