@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

-
Sharon Ullah (@ullah151) reported
@bt_uk I understand that and I am awaiting a reply. All I need to know is are there BT issues in the local area? Sky are telling me they are unable to contact BT which I find ridiculous.
-
Pete Verdon (@pete_v) reported
@PeteLomasPi @andysc @bt_uk You don’t? Unless you live somewhere without mobile signal, why does any house need a landline telephone? I’m forty this year and have never owned one. BT line for ADSL sure, for some, but a voice telephone on the wall is a total anachronism. You phone people, not houses!

Nixx (@Missposition_) reported
@bt_uk I’ll give it a go once we’re done doing what we need to do while connected. Shame this is a common problem with our network though!
-
Our Kid (@SlinkyMofo) reported
@bt_uk So do you charge us for your systems developing a fault ? Do we have to pay extra for the EE service ?
-

I have no idea what's going on with my @bt_uk WiFi and @EE network but something needs sorting out. Or is it my below average @Google pixel 4 that is the problem. Can someone help?

Andy Stanford-Clark (@andysc) reported
@jamclarkey @bt_uk It would be nice if the UPS supplied the DC the router needs, to save a round trip from the batteries up to 240v AC and back down again.
