@bt_uk had no internet for 24 hrs now, have reset everything gone through all troubleshooting, have blue light on hub but no devices have connection. Help

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@bt_uk not really a great start for a new customer. Broadband engineer hasn't even turned up! When phoning was told to call back in half hour to rearrange... Err no i will be cancelling.

@bt_uk I have already upgraded wifi and bought an extender and the only solution seems to be to buy more extenders etc. I'm hugely disappointed in the service I've had since joining in July.

@bt_uk I have looked all over and it doesn't have the app to download on PC to there for get this, I have tried follow your layout and it is extremely difficult... I'll just go else where, this is really bad in 2021/22 extremely difficult to do
