@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

@bt_uk had no internet for 24 hrs now, have reset everything gone through all troubleshooting, have blue light on hub but no devices have connection. Help

@Megacharlizard @bt_uk We have the same issue, swept in before we moved into our new build and made a deal with the builders for FTTP so no one in my area will try with it as they have to pay BT a **** tonne It's a joke, I just wanna leave maaaaan

Who's the customer, @bt_uk or @WeAreOpenreach? Seem incapable of talking to one another which directly impacts the end user (me). To have to cancel an entire order & wait a week to open a new one before an engineer can fix the problem they created is madness. @OpenreachHelp

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Answering calls is one thing, actually being able to help is completely different. I've spoken to several friendly @bt_uk staff who seem completely hamstrung by archaic processes and a computer-says-no mentality. "The system won't let me" is not an adequate excuse in this age.

Never had a problem with @bt_uk in the last 20 years until now. I'm having to move home (landlord has served notice so not by choice), broadband is half the speed I get now yet they want to charge me the same or I have to pay £1000 to get out of the contract! #ripoff
