@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

Not really sure how it’s acceptable to not have a call back from anyone still after 24 hours of reporting our phone line ringing in someone else’s house!! #awfulcustomerservice how can a phone line be switched with someone on a different network?! @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk

@bt_uk Basically set it up through yourselves, been sent two different codes that don't work to activate now tv, spoke to an advisor on now tv live chat saying I'd need to speak to yourselves to rectify the problem

@bt_uk can you please explain how you can take down my broadband service for 6 days - without notification, offering me no alternative solution. My neighbours in my building are with BT and their service is fine. Totally unacceptable
