@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

@bt_uk Absolute disgrace , years of being a customer of yours paying my bills on time without delay. I move home and nothing but the most utter disrespect. X 4 phone calls , passed around numerous departments and still not sorted . Now I know why people say BT are terrible .

@bt_uk GB21961339 5A The Spinney London Road Cheam SM3 8JG Don't know how you gonna help because the department that needs to deal with is closed . Hence why I was promised a call today and once again BT haven't delivered so now I've got to phone tomorrow on my day off . GREAT

@BTCare why have you closed our complaint without confirming with us that the issue has been resolved? It hasn’t! Could it be a coincidence that we can cancel the contract ‘without charges’ if the issue isn’t resolved within 30 days? Why hasn’t anyone been in touch to check?

@bt_uk #bt_uk broadband went down Friday 4 am and despite calls and resetting no one can come to me until Monday! Now fault says it will be fixed by 25th. I work from home will you compensate me for having to cancel work? £550 for the day

@bt_uk Yes I have reported a fault, but no estimate on time for fix etc. The app I'm using is the "MyBT" app, says there's no faults when I do a check and that providing I can be bothered with the login procedure that gets me to set a pin and then forgets it
