@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

@bt_uk your service to date for a new customer is appalling! Ordered full fibre in March with an installation date of mid May, we are now almost at the end of July and I still do not have full fibre! Another appointment today and yet again no engineer!

@bt_uk I need some assistance I have the full fiber and it hasn't been working since the Tuesday 20th i originally thought it was a landline issue but the person fixed the landline but the little box still has a red light where it says LOS.

Do you think anyone @bt_uk has ever used their TV box? Have just switched from Sky. The BT TV remote and responsiveness of the interface is so, so bad.

@Nusbacher @bt_uk @bt_global I second that. Ever since the pandemic hit, major service providers have used it as an excuse for very poor customer service. On numerous occasions, I have paid a premium price for overnight packages, through UPS and FedEx. Only to have the packages show up 3-4 days late.
