@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

@bt_uk Acc: GB23408062 Steven Jeffries, 29 Alexandra Rd CT10 1EP. Moved house on Monday and the Broadband was transferred no problem, I'd had a BT account at my previous address. I couldn't get BT sport HD though and it seems there'd been an issue your end.

@bt_uk This is not acceptable the engineer who did the initial installation knew where and what the issue was and that a hoist was required. I find it unbelievable that know one has been out to assess the job and all you have done is send out engineers who might I add have been great

@bt_uk Ethernet, and it was absolutely crap, then I unplugged it and it’s absolutely rapid but if I was to play online wirelessly it would be awful so I have no idea what’s going on

Still no news @bt_uk. I've just checked the fault tracker, and the fix date has now moved out to Wednesday 10th February. Not even CLOSE to being good enough. I'm going to be having a serious discussion with the billing team about this afterwards.

@bt_uk It was constantly dropping out, way to late now anyway, when I was getting nowhere with you, I have ordered a new fibre service. Hugely disappointed at being lied to regards extending my service.

Hahahahahahahahahahaaah I've just found out that my highly anticipated @bt_uk hub (smart hub 2) is not f*cking compatible with @google speakers. BT hell is never-ending. Yes, I've tried channel hopping/resets/everything. It's a common issue. When will this be sorted @bt_uk?
