@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

Having wasted all day yesterday waiting in vain for a @bt_uk engineer to install our fibre broadband, I don't suppose that I should be surprised to have wasted another 2 hours this morning waiting for the call I was promised between 10 & 12 which has never materialised. Thanks BT

@bt_uk How can you send an incorrect engineer. Total incompetence. And what are you doing about sending a correct engineer??? This is supposed to be a welfare case and yet you do absolutely nothing to fix it.

@bt_uk It seems this is BT's motto, "we'll look into this for you" except nothing materialises and you're left waiting again! Being passed from pillar to post and waiting for nobody to call. Shocking customer service!!
