@bt_uk Hi John, The language is offensive but would bother some people more than me. To be honest, I'm a lot more concerned with the issue which gave me and your colleague so much stress in the first place.

Worse case scenario.....if @LeicesterTigers ARE kicked out of the league I can at least cancel my @btsport subscription and save a bit of cash! Every cloud..and all that!

Uuugghhh, my @BT_uk internet has been down since Xmas day!! Apparently there’s a fault on the line and it’s going to take until the 4th to fix 😭 no gaming, no tv and no online business until then! I’m basically living in the dark ages right now!

@bt_uk The status says it's having trouble, but with no real information; there are two listings, one has no ETA and another suggests it'll be fixed tomorrow (29th). Is there a way to get more information as to the fault? Is it a damaged cable, downed pole...?
