    Finally some competition to @virginmedia ‘a shocking internet service in my area! @bt_uk are finally doing #FttP been a long time coming... 14 years of mediocre internet service soon coming to an end!

    I ordered fibre broadband on 23 September and I still don't know when I will get connected. I get lots of excuses and apologies but the broadband I am receiving from you is appalling.@bt_uk It is the worst I have ever had.

    @bt_uk i must say that my wifi is shocking!! i pay so much money a month for the worse wifi that turns of every 10minutes ( even when your sat next to it ). You can not have more than two devices connected at once otherwise it just doesn’t work at all. please give me a solution:)

    2 weeks since our 'activation date' and still no internet. This isn't a plea for help, this is just to broadcast how absolutely shocking your service is, and how futile your attempts to fix this for us have been. If we had any other option, we wouldn't be with you @bt_uk. Dire.

    @GaryLineker @ManUtd @btsport i dont see anything but agenda to promote Ole downfall. why dont u point out Rashy poor performances , didnt we trail earlier in the season bcuz of Maguire. Arent pep team underperforming ?? is he receiving day in/out the same scrunity???
