  @btsport how rubbish your service is. Hasn’t improved over the years unlike the other companies. Couldn’t watch the start of the match due to an error. Phoned up the No. it gave me, waited over 30 mins and it magically started working. Real waste of my money, time for a change😠

  @btsport - just paid £25 for a monthly pass for the Liverpool game and can hardly watch it. Freezing every few seconds, jittery and already over 2 minutes behind. WiFi is working perfectly (BT WiFi as well). Can you please help urgently?
