Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August.
