Michael Stewart is inescapable if you want to engage with television coverage of Scottish football. Be it on @BBCSportScot, @BBCSportsound or @btsport, never have I heard a pundit be so indulged in their vendetta against a someone (Gordon against Miko obv, but he’s a presenter).

@bt_uk absolute shambles of a service. Sat on hold for 29mins to then be cut off because your call hours are from 8am-9pm. I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

Hi @bt_uk I’m really looking forward to joining you for a reliable and reasonably priced service. You may want to have a word with your rivals over @virginmedia though as apparently they know your services better than you and told me I would not be able to get installation

  • BigWoofa
Neil Barker (@BigWoofa) reported from Breasclete, Scotland

@bt_uk It’s a first world problem. You’ll probably connect us eventually and pay paltry compensation. But do consider your customers and the value they place on a reliable connection. You really have no idea!

@bt_uk Alannah, I’m a BT Halo customer, how do I go about getting the promised 4G mini hub whilst my connection is down? Really need it as everything relies on the internet here, even my hot water!
