Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
