Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
