I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. It looks like the 'guides' are aware but you aren't
