I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
