@bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

@btsport I get that when @CollegeGameDay brakes to show footage from the Masters it’s an issue because of rights but to just start the programme again after an hour is ridiculous. Doesn’t really justify the recent price rises 😤

@knackersakki @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk So I've had replies saying he got lots of critisism and others saying he got none as all that mattered was that he scored. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

@bt_uk I'm on the Fibre Halo 1 and your website says I can get fibre 2 plus phone for 30 quid. Unless you've just moved everyone onto halo so you can pretend it's a different service to rip people off.

@bt_uk Either way it's irrelevant, you've used bending the rules to not give existing customers the same offers as new ones. Wriggle round the wordplay all you want, that's the facts. Fibre 2 new customer £30, existing customer same speed £55.

Hey @btsport your customer service is useless. Can someone please get back to me and tell me when I’ll be able to watch events back on Sky Glass? As it stands, if you can’t watch something live, you can’t watch it. If that’s not going to change I’ll be cancelling my subscription
