@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

@btsport I get that when @CollegeGameDay brakes to show footage from the Masters it’s an issue because of rights but to just start the programme again after an hour is ridiculous. Doesn’t really justify the recent price rises 😤

Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Our BT Broadband went down on Wednesday morning after the storm. Told no engineer to fix until 1st September! BT that’s appalling. After decades with BT we will be changing supplier!

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk @virginmedia (1/2) I had an open order with BT for full fibre that was supposed to be installed a month ago. It wasn't and I got nowhere with resolution, so order cancelled 22/10 (confirmed as cancelled) I've now placed an order with VM who are trying to port my number.

@bt_uk my Dad has called you today to report this, upgraded his service and does not have the right hub, the engineer called you to report and you still cut his service! Not great leaving older people without phone etc and not explaining exactly what people are signing up for!
