@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@BTCare my internet is not working keeps turning its self off , I have never had a problem like this and I have been with bt for years , am no paying 60 pound a month for this

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@PeterThurlow @btbusinesscare @BTCare One of the reasons we went elsewhere for broadband eventually. We were wasting hours talking to the two parts of the business (who don't seem to talk to each other, use different systems and don't share info) - a terrible waste of our time, stressful and frustrating. @bt_uk by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. After an open complaint which was closed and the agreed callback never happened I’ve now been told the engineer which is confirmed isn’t coming. When I asked to escalate the complaint or speak to a manager was told I couldn’t

@bt_uk Afternoon, my internet saga continues. I’ve upgraded my package which means no internet till an engineer can arrive on 4th may which seems odd since it was working till the 6th. I have the 4g thing but it’s terrible 13up 2 down is barely enough to watch a video let alone work
