@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@BTCare my internet is not working keeps turning its self off , I have never had a problem like this and I have been with bt for years , am no paying 60 pound a month for this

@btbusinesscare Please explain why I have purchased TV and Internet package on 10th June for my business and still you have not installed the Internet despite me ringing several times, I'm paying for a service you have not provided and your engineers are disgraceful???
