@bt_uk Hello, your engineer didn’t turn up. Not so much as a message to explain why. DNS server issues again tonight.

Appallingly slow internet from @bt_uk. Have people working from home (again) in my company & all day long the service has been cutting out or crawling at 3-5 Mbs. We don't need the stress of this on top of everything else. I'm trying to catch up on work now at 2:38am!!!

@bt_uk The same colleague that was supposed to update me yesterday? Or a different one? I'm furious with your inability to fix this. For what it's worth, I'm escalating this to Clive Selley

@AnnaGra65143872 @bt_uk Section 14, paragraph B in their terms of service outlines the compensation you are entitled to (£8.06 a day after the first 2 days). Check it out! You can also Google the CEO's email address to escalate things (I'm not posting it here on this forum, for obvious reasons!)

Hi @bt_uk - my broadband is still not working. You were supposed to call us back last night, but you didn't. Any chance it's being looked into? Thanks, Claire

@bt_uk Providing you live in an area of good cellular coverage, of course. Which is a double whammy because those (often rural) areas have poor broadband as well.

@bt_uk I have raised a complaint and have now obtained the email address of your CEO. I await a call back and then based on that will email Mr Jansen.

It's crazy that all you need to do is put your email address incorrectly, and someone can get everything they need to take your identity. I have a @bt_uk new customer address, name, direct debit details and likely access to their account, because they've used the wrong email.
