@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk I'm a new customer, have received several notifications this week that a BT engineer will visit to set up broadband at 8am-1pm today. No one has turned up and no communication from BT. Very poor compared to other providers.

@bt_uk Today is the second day my BT broadband has been intermittently cutting out. G77 6FE postcode. Reported a fault yesterday. No update. Already paying "Fibre" prices for a pathetic 15mbps download speed. Please fix.

As if I am going to pay £400 to @bt_uk for a god awful service. You didn’t fulfil your end of the contract so I cancelled now your asking me to pay and even sent it to a debt collector

@bt_uk made my the person on the phone who said, I quote, "I knew what you were going to say before you finished". The further good news is you use a third-party to correct your lie/issue, who you constantly say 'are nothing to do with you' so can't help.
