@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@MancunianCaviar @bt_uk Hi Liam! I’m the same - in Stoke-on-Trent, down since 11am. I’ve had no response from the text number either. Just got through to an advisor - there’re aware of a problem but not how long it will be as they are working on it. No consolation - just thought I’d let you know.

@btbusinesscare Are there any plans for you or openreach to roll out FTTP rurally within the next ten years? 30-50Mbps just doesn't cut the mustard. FTTC speeds were acceptable in 2010 as a temporary stop gap solution but we desperately need more.

@bt_uk not a good to be a new customer... engineer (nice bloke) only did broadband which won't connect. TV not connected & no word about phone line! And #Btdown I left Virgin because they were rubbish. I'm beginning to think they're not so bad!

Absolute shambles from @bt_uk how hard is it transfer your internet to a new home? 🤬 2 cancelled orders by BT without correspondence / 6 hours spent on the phone chasing their mistakes and still no resolution!! Two people trying to work off an 4g for 2 WEEKS #btinternet
