Another day another lie from @bt_uk Wonder why they tell you it will be activated by midnight? Is it because they know **** all has been done, your account won’t activate at all & the lying **** who told you will be safe at home & the call centre empty by midnight #shitservice

@virginmedia Firstly that it's impossible to get through to anyone on your site. I use a BT mesh WiFi system, this drops out. @bt_uk have said they there is a new virgin update from October you need to install to sort this issue.

@bt_uk No we don't. We've been with several providers but since it's an @OpenreachHelp problem no one will do anything. Tbh I think it would require recabling entire estates. Most we get is 22mbit on fttc. We used to get 44mbit. But that dropped last year after New estates were built

@bt_uk Great but I'm a BT customer and my connection started dropping daily to now hourly the last three days. Three engineer visits and its still happening.
