    @BTCare Once again BT’s customer service is a disgrace! You call and get treated like shit. You chat on the online service it’s a waste of time as it’s a bot. You reach out here and you have no interest. Looks like am going back to @SkyUK. You can read about @bt_uk in the newspapers!

    @BTCare so yesterday, I had zero signal on my freeview channels - I eventually fixed that myself - thanks btw and now my subscription channels aren’t working!! I have reset the box as advised and it’s still not working. This is beyond a joke now!!!!!

    @bt_uk still #discriminatng against #deaf & #hearingimpaired people with lack of #subtitles on streamed football on @btsport . Bad enough, but @bt_uk also refuses to offer #deaf & #hearimgimpaired people a discount on the cost. #discrimination

    Just been told that @bt_uk are allowed to #discriminate against #deaf people when they broadcast football on @btsport without #subtitles - but they are allowed to charge me the same as hearing people for the service - #institutionaldiscrimination

    @BTCare I have tried calling you this morning but everything is my own fault! Really rude member of staff!!! I am only receiving channel 307 onwards after being told to retune my TV from today! I want to cancel my subscription now!!!! Not receiving ANY channels BT is rubbish now!

    @BTCare BT must have the worst customer service ever. No help what so ever from obviously a call centre somewhere other than the UK. Constantly increasing prices for poor service . Contact def NOT getting renewed with this lot again .

    When chasing @btsport - by email - about the lack of #subtitles on their @btsport streaming service - they try and phone me - even though I have told them I can't take calls. Have now told them about the @PediusCall app - wonder if they will continue to #discriminate ?

    @BTCare clearly do not have the capability to even explain bill cost ... so the line just goes dead (or they hang up 3 times) I have no issue with outsourcing customer service center but doesn’t anyone working at BT in the UK use the BT service and actually had to call customers

    @BTCare in way other than just saying BT b) clarify in short why they are calling Eg we calling to discus an outstanding payment with the holder of the account c) realize that if a “customer” states on numerous occasions that they do not want to give their DOB , this may be causing

    @BTCare BT Agreed you have to validate the account, surely there is more than one way to validate, eg post code , last bill cost , last phone call to who... You could argue that BT customers representatives calling should, a) validate to the customer they are calling, who they are
