@bt_uk There is nothing wrong with my Apple devices. The whole network goes down. The TV won’t even connect to the router so don’t blame Apple for this

@theweecook @bt_uk A basic broadband service would be provided to enable digital voice but this will likely happen in the later phase of the migrations

. @bt_uk It’s been a very frustrating week. Openreach engineers disrupted my service without warning to do apparently planned work affecting a whole street - service down for 6 hrs. They damaged wiring in the process. 2 engineers visits and 3 days later I still have no broadband.

@bt_uk your “unbreakable” wifi solution is pretty much a scam at this point. There are constant interruptions in our service. We’ve been though your support and still we experience the same issues.
