4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

Decided I've been cursed yet another big company decided not to do what I paid them to do today. It was @HiveHomeUK turn today guess it makes a change from @bt_uk although both call centres are equally terrible 🤬🤬🤬
