4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk I thought Openreach is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT? It hardly matters, because as a customer I have to get matters resolved rather than BT or Openreach employees. Have a good day and thanks for your assistance with this matter.

@JohnTierney68 @BTCare @173Dandan Because we're not always going to be in a financial crisis. So by showing they care about their customers in a time of need for a short period will help them in the long run. You can't just be about profit when there's so much competition.

3/ Why on earth did you roll out this broken system before it was problem-free? And why did @bt_uk start it in rural villages full of old people who are less familiar with digital technology and where mobile reception is very poor? It's outrageous.

@bt_uk can you get someone to actually come and fix our internet. It works fine no issues 80% of the time. Then we spend days and or weeks suffering with like no speeds. Please this is a joke and a rip off quite frankly.

@bt_uk your service is an absolute joke, we were told yesterday our service would be finally resolved within 24-48 hours, and now being told 3 days. We’ve been without broadband for most of the last 3 weeks. Someone from the complaints team needs to reach out to us urgently
