4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

More than a little pissed off @bt_uk. Having ordered phone and broadband a month in advance of a house move, you claim someone cancelled my order - not me. My last comms from you was no problem, 12th August installation. Now you say another 3 weeks!!!!!

@bt_uk Can't believe this. Waited for a month people out yesterday, still not working. It's just circles constant circles.,. Come one get a grip. I'm thinking of changing to Virgini as soon as..
