So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk are there any issues with BTWifi at the moment? I’m unable to login to a Wi-fi hotspot today with my BT broadband account. Also just tried setting up an account buying a 5 day pass and I can’t even login to my account with that either
