  • DragonSprite Sarah Plant (@DragonSprite) reported

@bt_uk BT customer: People can phone our landline, hear ringing, but it's not reaching our end. Calling out is ok though. Help!

  • Millwardt2 Millwardt (@Millwardt2) reported

@bt_uk for the 3rd time in as many weeks our broadband is down.fault expected to be fixed by 9th which isn’t good enough.last engineer said another engineer is stealing our connection for someone else’s service but we end up at the back of the queue again. Not good enough!

  • Millwardt2 Millwardt (@Millwardt2) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer they have but with an expectation it will be resolved by 9th June which really isn’t good enough @bt_uk - it seems that this is likely to be an engineers mistake or laziness causing the issue we’d appreciate it if you could look ASAP

  • Panedwards_YT Panedwards (@Panedwards_YT) reported

@bt_uk My internet is going down, i hope this is fixed before 9PM tonight. i got something important on

  • wapping_residen Leslie Brook (@wapping_residen) reported

  • chris2204721 Chris Clark (@chris2204721) reported

@bt_uk And since she sent the email I have received an email saying the complaint is closed

  • andyhornet8 andyrolls (@andyhornet8) reported

@nuttywray @PeterKuninch @bt_uk No you shouldn’t but all service providers make it clear that speed is only guaranteed on a hard wired connection. And if he is on the lower speed spectrum then 48 on wifi is pretty good

  • lphillips381 Leanne Phillips (@lphillips381) reported

@bt_uk Well you should then shouldn’t you. Maybe taking a bit of control and people won’t be without service. I spoke to an engineer who was trying to fix it and said BT had known about this fault for a while. Yet no customers were informed.
