    @btsport The app and the web broadcast are unwatchable and probably dangerous for people who have problems with flash photography and / or strobe lighting due to the stutter / frame rate. £25 per month for this quality of broadcast is massively overpriced. Too much for no quality

    @bt_uk why is it that myself & my wife spend over £100 a month with you & @EE yet we can’t watch BT Sports without paying an excessive amount! Signed up for 3 months BTSport with @EE & all we get is login problems,we have a BT business account but can only watch on an iPad #crap

    @bt_uk any idea why our home hub has been cutting in & out of service for the last 6weeks? Checked the area issues and nothing. Flashes green, then static orange, then reconnects, probably like 5/6 times a day. So frustrating, especially when you're on a video call
