4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Both myself and my sister are Doctors working from home & we depend on a functioning & fast internet. We’ve been waiting for WEEKS for a BT engineer to fix our FO line. After hours of hanging on the phone line and a clueless Customer Service, we are still nowhere #BT

@MoneySavingExp My Nan seems to be paying an awful lot to @bt_uk which my Mum is going to try and get to the bottom of but my question is can someone who prefers paper bills be expected to pay £3 every time? I know it's old fashioned but she's more organised with paperwork
