4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk You shouldn’t have telephoned.We were dealing with this over message as I had asked & you rang me. Why, when I said I didn’t want to speak over the phone. We could have sorted over message but no you rang me instead. Add that to the complaint. You’ve really upset me. D
