So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btbusinesscare Well @btbusinesscare 5 days have passed and you haven't contacted us as promised shocking I would recommend people join a different service provider and will continue to do so shame we are in contract but I guess if we f Go bankrupt due to your poor service ....

@bt_uk Is there a way to stop the @btsport App cutting off the last few seconds of something you are watching? Watching RAW on the catchup today and it cut off the RKO from Randy Orton on Alexa Bliss. I've had this problem every week and it's driving me mad. Thanks.

@MJPGallagher @bt_uk Same with mine - have been looking into wifi cameras and don't trust my bt broadband to be able to run them properly. Got no chance of getting a signal in the back garden as signal to the study at the back is barely there.
