    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk You keep saying this, but nothing ever improves. My Dad is on the phone to someone from BT right now. You seem to accept rubbish service to be normality.

    @bt_uk Apparently. 5 times. The issue apparently lies with OpenReach but they have just mailed me to tell me that its your fault that they haven't installed the network. It's beyond belief. Ive had multiple engineers/surveys here, taken time off work and am no further forward.

    @btbusinesscare Hi, I just did both. Both told me they can't help. A complaint has been raised but I'm no further.

    So the inept staff at @bt_uk rang to tell me that they cannot install the broadband I had before, and they have no date for when they will install a new service - but don’t worry, they won’t be switching off my temporary mini hub.

    @bt_uk twice jn a week engineer not turned up.. can’t speak to manager 8 weeks of appalling service again .. terrible service
