@bt_uk please explain to me why I am required to pay charges to cancel my broadband when my contract period has ended. The broadband that was provided was so appalling that my contract period was removed. Why am still being told I must adhere to a contract that doesn’t exist!

@bt_uk my contract is period has ended. This is because the broadband was so appalling. I have now decided to cancel and I’m told that I still must pay charges because I am in a contract.

@bt_uk disgraceful service! Phone off since 18/08 with estimated return of service 06/09. Working from home no petty refund will compensate for the potential loss of business.

@bt_uk what is happening broadband is getting slower, prices going up, a package sold that you can not service and Sky offering at £30 per month cheaper. Fibre installed but no one knows when it will be available... a poor customer offering
