4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Tens of thousands of pictures organised into folders. Works ok via website and windows 10 app (though slow); get this error on iPhone. Sometimes I get to see a small number of my files (but never them all), but always comes back to this.

@bt_uk I regret moving over to BT!! It’s been nothing but poor customer service, unreliability and false promises from the start!! Account keeps getting shut without any notification or authentication and now the WiFi is so poor oh and customer care lie about reimbursement too!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

@btbusinesscare 40 mins on a call to sort out a billing issue from JULY. Surprise, its not resolved again!. How hard is it to fix an error your sales team created. The lies you tell are incredible. BT are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ombudsman informed. @BTBusiness

@WeAreOpenreach Yet after some weeks you still can’t get some new infrastructure installed so we can get a line installed !!! Great service I think not BT tell us your just not in any hurry to get us connected ...thanks @btbusinesscare or should that be business don’t care 🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. But, I'm not waiting on hold or entering several customer numbers just to speak to someone whose fault all this isn't for them to have to give an excuse about improvements and offer some money off, I'm just going to switch to @bt_uk and give them a go.
