4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@DAGreenslade @SkyHelpTeam Mines off too. I’ve restated, 3 times, reset twice off for over 90 minutes now @bt_uk @TalkTalk down in town too I know of Madness

Can say some of @bt_uk customer support team are absolutely useless but after a call back I got the nicest man ever, really appreciate his help and saved me so much time and stress

Hi @bt_uk anything up with login at the moment i just a "Something went wrong" when trying to login to My BT. I use a password manager but have change p'word just in case with no luck.

@bt_uk hi. I can't log into my bt account or bt mail. It keeps saying my username or password is not correct. Triple checked and my details are correct. Is there an issue?
