@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Nope. An email at 00.42 ‘sorry… we’re not sure… we’re checking some things… hear from us in three days’. We’re now on three and a half weeks since an unnecessary disconnection (and still no interim 4G box). This is customer care in the WFH era?

@bt_uk Our weekend was relaxing until we had yet another letter from BT chasing money, threatening us with a debt collection agency, when we are NOT a customer of yours. We have tried countless times to get you to stop billing us for two years. What a horrendous standard!!!!
