We are aware of Internet outages in the Romford and surrounding areas since Saturday morning. We have reported it to @bt_uk but so far there is still no service.

@bt_uk You have moved a date that was not confirmed, even further back. We have absolutely no services but you are charging us. You have failed miserably, even admitting you have failed but can't fix it apparently, you really don't care about customer service at all, it's all profit

@bt_uk having trouble with My BT app on Samsumg Note 8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but keep getting same message 'problem with App, need to restart '. When I enter my details again, same issue. I have no problem on my old iPad, it works fine.

@bt_uk should never have sold my dad this package. I can help but feel your sales representatives have taken advantage of my 71 year old father like this. He might not understand how the internet works but he very much understands the frustration of slow internet speeds.

Terrible service from @bt_uk. My new broadband was meant to be live on 5th July and yet still no internet. Two engineer appointments where they have failed to show and promised to call to rearrange and still no word from anyone. Is this usual service from BT?
