    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk The issue is copper from the cabinet is not good enough for our 1km distance. We need fibre.

    Why ******** did sky buy the rights to bundesliga to not show the games. I used to love watching the German games on BTsport now reduced to watching a stream of Bayern 😑
