4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

Email from @bt_uk about switchover to Digital Voice. It contains at least five typos. "your service *asnd* phone number won't change" "*framiliar* features like Call *Protact* "*WPlease* contact" "just call us *one* 0800..." Email is definitely legit, not phishing.

@bt_uk I get decidedly pissed-off when @bt_uk attempts to whitewash my complaint and force me to wait on the phone for 2 hours without any resolution. You don't even allow you own staff to contact other departments to serve customers. All for an every increasing price, great job!!!

@bt_uk Just received notification that you’re switching me to Digital Voice. Your FAQs say: “If there is a power outage or your broadband fails, you'll be unable to make calls using Digital Voice, including calls to 999. Please use alternative means such as a mobile phone.” 1/2

@bt_uk So, the fibre install went great! Engineer was nice and did the work well. But the damn thing doesn't work!! All good on the physical side, the adtran is getting light, but there's a flashing pon! Engineer spent 2 hours trying to get hold of 1 of the 5 people who have
