4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk Understand that, but you shouldn’t advertise it will be a “smooth” move and if BT force me to leave as you can’t supply the service, I shouldn’t then get penalised for having BT email and having to pay to continue using it. Win,win for BT, screw the customer for the last 14 years

@dantheman19970 @bt_uk I appreciate the need for safety but we’ve had engineers in to service / replace parts in the boiler with no issues. This was booked in 2 months ago & involves changing supplier, my concern is old supplier will disconnect me as requested & we’ll be without internet for 2 months
