4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk Shocking service for our new connection. Order placed 5th Jan, engineer confirmed for 15th Jan. did not turn up, no explanation. Rearranged for 20th Jan, did not turn up. New date of 2nd Feb. Unacceptable for remote property with no mobile coverage. Animal welfare concerns

@bt_uk I was wondering if I could get some help with my WiFi extender. I'm using it with a new router and I can't seem to reset my extender to factory settings to forget my old router. Any help appreciated!
