    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk Ok, but this is now at least the 6th time that someone has promised to be in touch and hasn't. How were we to know they weren't going to call? We have been waiting for them. It really is absolutely terrible service, after a month of no phone or internet.

    You’ll never guess what! I just spoke to a person at BT and it was a delight. Shocked!! @bt_uk maybe I’ll even become a customer soon!!

    @bt_uk can I get a replacement by hub if I request one? My wifi drops out multiple times a day iv done all the checks multiple times after talking to bt advisor I am ready to cancel my bt broadband at this point

    @bt_uk @mapesdave Forced to a digital service without it being tested having been on a. Analogue line all his life and at that property for 40 years without issue. Why are you targeting and cutting off vulnerable people without testing a service is fit for purpose. Lawsuit time I guess

    @bt_uk day 12 no email. Could you fix it. I have called you have called me back it's a bug. Can you fix the bug or provide a work around or an alternative solution just something. #noemail

    @bt_uk How do I know if my current sim card on BT Mobile is 5G ready ? I am awaiting my iPhone 13 but never had 5G phone before, thanks
