So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk We have found a fault in the network and have submitted this to our engineers. We aim to fix this on Saturday 21 Nov between 8am-1pm Keep track of progress using the BT app (Fault Ref: VOL055-5890557560284). Didn’t turn up!!! Help!!
