So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk There are no checks needed, I've had an engineer out, reset the box to factory settings, replaced the box with a new one, still the same problem. The engineer says it's a software problem. All i want to know is when it will be fixed with an update.

@btsport can I pop an official complaint in please. The buffering on live champions leagues games on the Samsung tv app is ruining the game. It’s all too often. Only buffering ever is bt sport live games.

@bt_uk I'm just over ½ way through a 24 month SIM-only mobile contract and want to cancel. The website says I would have to pay off the full remaining 10 months of service on a *SIM-only* plan. Meaning I'd be paying for 10 months of service that I'm not using. Is this correct?
