@bt_uk Ur ******* **** and can’t provide above 60mbps internet speed. Virgin media is better than you by far. Suck a massive ******* ****, it’s ur fault my family have to stay in this **** **** contract until it ends.

@bt_uk The text bot once again tells me our @bt_uk internet is fixed when it is NOT🤬 BT are very quick to raise prices but very poor customer service and very meagre compensation only kicks in after 2 days of no BT TV, no internet! 💩

@bt_uk Disgraceful that my 91 yr old mother has had her service disconnected since 21 Sept 2022 due to BT and Open Reach inefficiencies. Spent hours on my telephone trying to rectify to no avail.
