4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk The light round the EE logo is solid blue, the bars are flashing red. Complaint (number 2) already logged via My BT Clare but it’s so not UNBREAKABLE. Ours has been broken for months.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Scott. @bt_uk admitted they’ve screwed up. So we’ve got to enter another 30 day exit period, continue to pay bills for a service we now don’t use, then wait for the refunds to come through. Just another reason why we decided to leave BT and join Sky Broadband

@bt_uk I'm trying to speak to your customer services to complain. I pressed the option to say "I'm thinking of leaving...", so far I've been holding for over 15 minutes. If this is how you treat customers thinking of leaving, what is your 'normal' call response time?
