    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk and again…… no internet… this is now from the 24th November (probably before) snd was told fault fixed!!!!! NO ITS NOT!!!!!! No internet again and trying to work from home… thanks BT YOU ARE THE WORST!

    @bt_uk Yes whenever it drops I turns purple then orange. There isn't any issues reported in my area as already checked
