    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

    @bt_uk The main problem seems to be the deliberate breakup of your business into separate bits which means your systems don’t work for you and don’t help me. I am now leaving BT after 36 years.

    @bt_uk Pretty sure it's not my end. Seems to have cleared up now. Maybe it was the broadcast. I was waiting for a 'sorry for poor picture quality'. I'll keep an eye on it. Nice to see a quick reply.

    @NineTimesFined @RichardMortime2 I haven’t had an internet connection for 11 days and @bt_uk who’s profits were £1.3bn last year, can’t tell me when an engineer will come to fix the problem, which they caused!

    @bt_uk hi BT reported a fault on our broadband on 4th August engineer came out to repair on the 9th .. engineer came out and reported that it was repaired then proceeded to drop off 35 times in 1 day so reported again .. engineer due 18th August waited in all day they never
