4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btbusinesscare why is the website for businesses so poor. no easy way to find my account number or subscription details, all my dashboard shows is 'group 1' which is entirely useless, phone activity log not available within my account, customer service non existent.

@btbusinesscare why is your service so shocking? Had an issue ongoing since 15th August, still not resolved, been waiting for a manager to call back for 6 days! For a communications company you are useless at communicating!

@btbusinesscare such a shame your business service is so very poor compared to your residential service. Never have I received such poor customer service, they don’t listen to a word you say and won’t let you speak to a manager! Sadly no choice but to take it further.

The appal8ng service from @BTCare continues unabated the credit they awarded me for appealing service has mysteriously vanished they have ended my service early for no reason before my new provider takes over. Do not I repeat do not take broadband with BT you will regret it.

Shocked by how poor the service is with @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare - I just want to order full fibre as per their website, and they change me to a more expensive deal without my approval and even then nothing works. Can’t even track my order because their website just errors 🤬

@btbusinesscare Day 3 without phones or broadband. Faulty equipment not arriving today as promised. Small business have enough worries without this, most basic, service being so problematic. Will be moving to another provider.
