  4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

  @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

  @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?
