4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk I very much doubt that since a load of engineers have been at it all day today trying to fix it. Just wanted a time frames but seems im not getting that either as well as my internet. Fed up with this, whos leaving BT 🤡🤚
