    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt @bt_uk Hi, we have a smart hub 2 and have had issues with our WiFi. My Sonos system now isn’t working and I’ve seen that a firmware update fixed this for another user. Please can you help? Thanks

    @bt_uk I was just on the live chat and was 30 out of 31 then got removed from@the queue at 18. Are you able to help me on here please? I have a new Bband service starting up on 14th of May and wanted to know if it’s too late to upgrade the service

    @bt_uk Hi, you won't be able to sort it out, the problem is with your wireless router, BT are all ready aware of the connection issues, your CEO should be 'SACKED!'.

    @bt_uk im having problems with packet loss and high ping especially from 6 pm onwards its been occuring for months now bur recently its started to get even worse consistent 150 ping and often 7% packet loss

    @bt_uk My broadband has broken one month and still hasn’t been fixed. It that a normal thing? Apologies but don’t push the team to fix, that’s ridiculous!!! Every week said next week hope can be fixed. This time told me next week, I guess it still cannot! I really disappointed!
