4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk Hi thank for checking. Still no hub and looks like it won’t arrive until tomorrow. Have been unable to do anything productive for work today. Not really the service I was expecting for a simple upgrade to Full Fibre.

@virginmedia I’m with sky for tv and Bt for internet. I used to have virgin but the customer service was horrible so I left. I’d rather pay a little extra for my services in exchange for excellent customer service that @SkyUK and @bt_uk provide

@bt_uk No. The house is empty and there is not a media service subscription at the property. It is going to be a rental property so the tenant will need to set up a subscription to their chosen provider. As the owner I just want the master socket moving.

@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk I have had to place yet another order which is going to take over two weeks to be set up. I was told I would get a case worker giving me regular updates on this and thus far nobody has given me any updates and it has been a week. Shocking customer service

Dear @bt_uk thanks for the threat of a £50 fine. You really get Customer Service. My broadband hub failed on Tuesday. Tech support new it was faulty but insisted on sending an Engineer. I asked Tech Support to ensure he brought a new hub....

@Golazzo_ @btsport @btsportfootball They better not - speaking as a customer who has paid for the service! Specifically asking about Napoli - Spezia at 2pm tomorrow, btw, since they normally show ALL Serie A games EXCEPT the match on Saturday afternoon, due to the blackout rule. No reason not to now though!
