  BT internet is down because of course it is. I pay the same amount as someone who has 4 times the speed. @BTCare ******* garbage. I’m out of contract now, have very few options but all are far cheaper than BT so will be looking at them now.

  @bt_uk I ordered fttp in Dec and they came to install it on the 10th Jan but there was an issue with a blocked pipe so the engineer has to wait for a civil team to install a new one delaying my fttp for up to 6 weeks. I was meant to have a gamepass 6 Months free code after the work..

  @bt_uk Yo BT - my mother has been without internet since December 25th and no landline. She is unwell and has terrible signal in her house. This is not good enough by any standard.

  @bt_uk why offer me a package that’s no longer available? Or was it taken in the 2 months it’s taken you to install my broadband @OpenreachHelp. I imagine @virginmedia treat their customers far better than this I should consider going to them instead #Bt #openreach #complaint

  @bt_uk broadband "go live" date was yesterday.. my Sky broadband went off at 8am and engineer attended around 1530ish.. ran in to problems at the cabinet and said it should be sorted within 12 hours. Still no broadband..

  92 days with no internet, @bt_uk claiming not entitled to compensation because it was a major outage from @WeAreOpenreach - openreach engineer who attended said there wasn’t. Still not been contacted by BT manager. Come on BT. @Ofcom
