4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@btsport I'm not sure if it is just me or not but I find the audio is never in sync with the video, very noticeable on the live prem. football matches- when the pundits are on at half-time/ after the match. I dont have this problem with Amz Prime so it's not my internet speed etc

@btsport get rid of that **** commentator Steve mcmanaman especially for liverpool games, have him for the other games but when liverpool is playing hes the most biased guy going, might aswell bend over and put the lube on liverpool's **** before putting it inside him
