@bt_uk Right! Cache cleared & it’s still not working on the laptop, iPhone & also iPad which I’ve just now checked. I have also been to a neighbour & used their wifi (also BT) & eBay works perfectly fine. My router IS denying access to eBay for some reason!

@bt_uk I'm just trying to obtain my bt id and apparently that requires 2 web chats and being on the phone for half an hour for something I should be automatically provided with. Your customer support teams are appalling

@bt_uk as a new customer experience it's a bit of a shambles and doesn't give me much of a hope for the service going forward.

@bt_uk Our internet has been down for 4 days tomorrow. I booked half a day holiday for the engineer not to arrive. You tell us that this will be resolved and then extend it day by day. Our neighbours have the same problem but the website says no issues in your area!

@bt_uk hi, I'm a bit broadband customer. Whenever I try to connect to a BT WiFi hotspot on my phone it says my BT ID and password are incorrect even though I know they're right.

@bt_uk DM sent, but for the record what you have just said conflicts with what I was told in online chat earlier where I was assured 31 Jan was latest possible fix and I would receive updates as progress was made. 5 days to fix is unacceptable, it's 2023.

@bt_uk Yes, also the route of the problem is probably an email address associated with the older account, as it is still active, although I have long since forgotten what it is or any credential information, so its a repeating £0 bill action, which generates the email.
