@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@BTGroup @bt_uk After you accidentally disconnecting landline last week, my father, 87, living alone and receiving palliative care is still without a phone and connection to emergency security pendant. Hours racking up PAYG time being apologised to by you, but still no phone!

. @bt_uk It’s been a very frustrating week. Openreach engineers disrupted my service without warning to do apparently planned work affecting a whole street - service down for 6 hrs. They damaged wiring in the process. 2 engineers visits and 3 days later I still have no broadband.

@theweecook @bt_uk A basic broadband service would be provided to enable digital voice but this will likely happen in the later phase of the migrations
