    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    So. @bt_uk on Monday insisted my broadband going out was not related to my contract renewal. Told me its Openreach's problem. Guess what? It wasn't Openreach's problem, there's an error in my order code somewhere with BT's Wholesale team which could be another 72 hours to fix.

    @bt_uk Hi, I'm currently on a sim only mobile package. If I decide to continue with another service provider when would I cancel so that my current month finishes (using all my month) and starts with a new provider the next day?

    @bt_uk currently on hold for 15 minutes to chase landline complaint on my mobile. Fault reported over a week ago. Not the company it was. Back to talk talk I think

    @bt_uk Hello Just had enough of tirelessly forwarding messages and calls as into how unhappy i am with the BT broadband ...for the last three months I can't connect and i have been paying my monthly bills so i have decided to end my contract herein No service.

    @bt_uk I want answers. We both have significant objectives to deliver which are highly time sensitive. I was informed your service and connection was robust but it’s failed on both aspects.

    @bt_uk why can I not get through to your call centres it cuts off after going through the options and telling me when the call centres are open. I have not got all day to sort out my problem because of your technical issues
