@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@m_arthur1 @virginmedia Mick, I wanted to drop my service as my kids don’t watch cartoons and the like anymore. To lower my package, they quoted me nearly double what I was paying. They’re criminals. I’ll be going to @bt_uk next yea. I don’t think we have a B T line into the house for broadband.

@bt_uk So my broadband package with BT ended 8 April (today) as I have found a better deal elsewhere after years of on and off custom with you. At 00:35 on 8 April, you duly cut my service off - no grace period of a few hours to ensure my new provider has connected my new service...

@bt_uk We spent 2 hours on telephone (mobile, our cost) with BT yesterday. They claimed to have created a new order. However, before actually confirming anything, they put the phone down. So do whatever you need to do to get us our order up and running for work on Monday.

@bt_uk Another garbage day with slow speed and orange router every 2 hours. This needs to be fixed asap its unacceptable. Really need to hurry up with fibre cabling.

@btbusinesscare I have spoken several times to the complaints team who told me I will have to wait until Monday and he told me he had another 47 complaints to deal with, this is not my problem. Can anyone help me?
