@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@bt_uk BT is hilarious in its utter uselessness. I received today my fifth or sixth text telling me that I would be rung during a particular time slot (about an ongoing problem, one of many) and - guess what: I’ve never received a single call in any of those slots. 🤡🤡🤡

@bt_uk causing our daughter a lot of stress. She dropped the phone line but kept broadband & now they want to charge her more for 1 service than she was paying for both. BT person agreed she'd been misled but said nothing they can do. £400 to cancel contract. Hopeless #BT

@bt_uk Love how I put in a termination of contract due to your prices being ridiculously high, for a sub par service. and all of a sudden I'm getting issues with slowing and drop outs. Coincidence? I've been told you throttle leavers? Is this true BT? Not good at all.

@bt_uk I tried the APP on my Mobile but that did not work at all. The Website should work and if you follow the "Help" or enter the URL provided with your Hardware then most of these Pages do not exist. Help still references "CHAT" that has not worked for years!

@bt_uk Anyone else having issues watching BT Sport for major events? Keeps crashing! Restarted all my equipment per BT call. Engineer been, nothing wrong that he can see but suspects it’s a provider issue!! Can’t get through to support as you’re really busy and closing at 9pm 😡

@bt_uk I've checked and we apparently qualify for a mini hub and unlimited data through BT Halo 1 but I can't find on the website how to claim it, the link is just taking me to the help page.
