    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @bt_uk "insulting" Fibre with BT Halo 3+ marketing ploy, "big fail", BT invitation upgrade offer letters sent out are then withdrawn by email for BT gain. Your @bt_uk punters are far from impressed, come on BT you can do better for your loyal customers.

    @bt_uk can you help? We switched to BT broadband from Sky and was promised it would be easy to recover sky termination charges. I’ve had no replies from my emails to the BT switch team and no help over the phone. Still waiting ……
