    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @bt_uk 6 days now without a phone service ...extremely poor customer service, no communication, no explanation #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk Check your bills to make sure this bunch of sharks don't fleece you like they've been doing to my terminally ill pensioner parents for 3 years!!!!!! Now they don't help to resolve it either!!!!

    @bt_uk Hi! I haven’t tried the TV live feed as I’m working until 5pm. We were having the same issue with channel 4 but it came back after restarting.

    @bt_uk How about stopping fleecing my terminally ill parents that you've been doing for 3 years. NOw it's taken me over a month to try to get a resolution but your useless customer service team do nothing and say they've called me when they haven't. COMPLETE JOKE> Don't trust BT

    @bt_uk My elderly parents have been without their home phone for over 2 weeks, fault logged with @bt_uk but no feedback received. Resolution date keeps getting pushed back, currently 30.11.22. Hardly keeping the elderly connected!

    @bt_uk Yes, because you've fleeced my parents for 3 years having mis-sold them a package they don't need and now you're not resolving it. DON'T TRUST @bt_uk. Even your "Executive Resolution" team don't ring me when they say they will. Complete JOKE!!!!!

    @bt_uk can I ask if there’s a National or a local problem to us TN290PG - we’ve got a 2 week old Smart Hub2 with 900 Mbps FTTP BUT it keeps dropping today? You guys called me at 8.30am to test everything but it’s still happening - it’s not good guys.

    @bt_uk They are indeed but Down Detector says there are BT issues so I just wondered if it could be server issues rather than us?

    @SP_EnergyPeople telegraph pole next to our house was condemned on 2/10/22 and listed as priority for replacing. Nothing has happened. If it falls on our house…. Never mind we have no @bt_uk phone or broadband either because of it

    DO NOT TRUST @bt_uk AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM. CHECK @bt_uk AREN'T FLEECING YOU!!!! BT continue to fleece a pair of terminally ill pensioners. FOR 3 YEARS (!!!!!) where they have originally mis-sold to them and now are failing to deal with the problem.
