@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@BT @btsport Hello, I'm trying to watch BT sport on a Samsung TV, via BT sport app. I'm just had 2 "sorry, there's a problem" messages in 10 minutes. The last one had a code VC019. What's likely causing this? Thanks.

@RyanSound @btsport @btsportufc Problem is still there on Android. It keeps saying video not available. I've tried on standard and enhanced player. I had the Geoff Neil ring walk, but it's frozen again and kicked me back to the beginning

@bt_uk so I have just been given a offer on a new 24m contract for BT and this new deal was a few quid cheaper with faster speedToday I have an email for increasing your bills by 6.29! Now my bill is more that the crap deal I had before I’m still with in the 14 days so leaving

@bt_uk never had trouble with a lined phone these i can not stand i have not had proper working internet since last feb i even paid 100 to get my modem moved as i was advised to do so as was told internet would be better but no its worse sorry but i spend a lot of money a month ?

sick and tired of my internet going down had a whole year of it can not wait until my contract runs out as im off as for the didgi phones omg once again i have no internet until they come on the 9th and no phones really come on @bt_uk it 2023
