    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.

    @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider. I'm in the process of getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved from my @bt_uk email address. Will update more soon!
