    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I also believe I was trolled last night from the @bt_uk twitter team - a new anon account & he/she (I think he but proof is a slow process) has now deleted the tweet but being experienced in this I have a copy. So I am not taking chances since you come from the same source.

    @bt_uk can you fix your internet in my area please. The hub goes down minimum 3 times a day and when it is connected the signal is awful and lags every game

    @bt_uk Wi-fi issues in SN12. Can connect to broadband ok with full strength signal but no apps, websites are responding. Diagnostics on BT account say no problem???

    @bt_uk Gladly... Your service has been dire since I renewed recently. I have contacted for months continuously due to no Internet in the evening, and nothing is better. I was also lied to about receiving a new booster. Been with them years, never ever again. Awful!!

    @bt_uk Existing customer was giving me only the option of ‘normal’ broadband. Not logging in gave me the option of full fibre.

    @bt_uk Engineer due out today to start the broadband I ordered for my nan. Shock horror no engineer show. Customer service, oh doesn’t look like they even confirmed. Top notch service for a new customer #BT #openreach

    How do you know that a company doesn't care about you as a customer - when you speak to customer services about a failure of the company to live up to the service paid for & the best you get is an update which you can find from their website & an apology - @bt_uk & @RoyalMail etc

    @bt_uk anytime there’s bad weather I get no tv. Have to use internet apps it’s ridiculous. Can’t wait for this contract to finish

    @bt_uk my contract is coming to an end. Why are my only renewal options showing a max speed of 37mb/s but if I go onto the site with logging in and act as a new customer at my address I can select full fibre up to 900mb/s?
