Steve (@sdb1979) reported@bt_uk Hi rang them and they were going to call back. Which the guy did, unfortunately I had to run to the vet with the dog (literally 5mins before he rang back). Will he try again this evening? He said he was in till 7pm. Feel bad for what I'm sure he thinks is me wasting his time 😞

I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again

We had ee before with 70mbs good stable Internet Went and got bt broadband was told it would be faster then eebnow we have 55mbs and the Internet is unstable getting kicked of the Internet Phoned up and told there is nothing that can be done.
