@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@btsportfootball The word 'deliberate' always used to be quoted and often ignored...in this instance though its not deliberate it charges down a clearance and creates a goalscoring chance..so i'd still give it as a free-kick #FULTOT #btsport

@bt_uk I’ve been a customer for 3 months now. I have had absolutely no issues for over 2 months now after a few wobbles initially. I’m obviously very pleased - and wanted to thank the Twitter team (especially SharonK) who were really helpful when I did have activation issues.

@bt_uk I sent a complaint email regarding my contract renewal last Sunday and have still not received a response. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?? How is it I’m paying more now for the same broadband package and after I’ve downgraded my phone package . Mike.

@Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.
