    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @bt_uk why is the mobile signal so poor in Skegness struggling to browse, if I tether of an iPhone on ee it's fine but btmobile network poor

    BT Broadband = Unbelievable rubbish service! Made Contract at EE. BT refund my deposit with no message, and refuse to install the broadband service 1 day before scheduled installation date. Avoid to use them. Anyone tried their good service? @bt_uk @EE

    @bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

    @bt_uk Internet is back but this was not an isolated problem but one affecting the whole AL1 region. If you had admitted this when I called it would have saved me a load of hassle, booking an engineer I didn’t need etc

    .@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.

    @bt_uk desperately trying to sign up to your tv and broadband package since Friday but the website keeps crashing or saying there is a problem....not giving me much hope of a reliable service!!!
