@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

Thought it'd been resolved but actually it hasn't and @bt_uk have just cut off the TV...over 4 hours on the phone so far and still not working correctly...

Been no data service in my area since 1pm yesterday @EE give me a different reason everytime I manage to through no wifi till Monday and @bt_uk sent me a faulty mini hub. I just wanted a chilled weekend with the kids - I am not going to get it am I

@SimonParker93 @btsport Same issue with me when trying to watch it on catch up. Recording of the live event is fine. This has been happening a lot recently I've noticed. Not good enough @btsport get it sorted.
