@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@btbusinesscare business broadband down 4th Aug - app noted fix by 6th, then 7th, then 8th, then 11th, then 13th now its the 18th!!! Will this nightmare every end… total crap service and will cancelling as soon as fixed - openreach are to blame as its a service issue

@btbusinesscare such a shame your business service is so very poor compared to your residential service. Never have I received such poor customer service, they don’t listen to a word you say and won’t let you speak to a manager! Sadly no choice but to take it further.

Why is it so difficult to contact you regarding your **** service ffs , trouble with your my bt app and email and you can't speak to anyone??????? Wankers @BTCare @bt_uk and dont tell me its easier online because its not MY BT APP IS ABSOLUTELY ****

My first experience with BT is awful! Any other company can save us please 🙏 waited weeks to get a slot for them to active it. Didn’t work when they said. Now tell us sent the wrong box and we need an engineer but have to wait. Not a good start to this company 👎 @bt_uk @BTCare
