    @bt_uk Sure, you would hope so. They seemed genuinely a little confused that I was already running a non-BT VoIP service over the line. Vonage are telling me this absolutely can be done, but I'm not sure I have the energy to find someone at BT who agrees!

    @bt_uk No WiFi or broadband since the 3rd, estimated fix time the 21st of November?? No explanation at all?? Disgraceful, how am I meant to work? No transparency. Definitely leaving if/when you fix this farce

    Appalling (lack of) service from @bt_uk Be wary of renewing contracts over the phone. Agreed discount has not been applied to account for BT Sport. Have told them call time so they can listen but just useless. Waiting on hold for ages and never receive the promised call back.

    @bt_uk so ringing a customer up less than a year into 2 year contract to offer savings and inadvertently roping them into another two year contract isn’t fast practice according to BT customer services!

    @bt_uk just terminated my Full Fibre 900 Halo contract with you, following a very poor customer service. Now going elsewhere.
