An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.
