Hey @bt_uk after almost 30 years with @skyuk I made the decision to transfer my broadband and tv package to you. Your @OpenreachHelp engineer called this morning and has left me without a landline and a “hidden network” message on devices. Really poor attitude and service #fail

So @bt_uk have a major outage on their mobile internet. 4G is working, clearly a systems issue. An hour long call did not resolve the issue. Glad I'm working from home.

@bt_uk It would be SO nice if you could reply to some of the thousands of people messaging you because your networks are down instead of leaving them stranded and in the dark on when it will be fixed. You don't even have an advisory up on your website yet.

.@bt_uk I see ur advertising good rates for new sign ups! Ok, everyone's struggling! but what about loyal customers like my wife & I? Been with u 18mth+, &never missed a payment. All we get is an increased bill. WHY? &don't tell me it's the war in Ukraine!😞 Don't we matter 2u?
