    @bt_uk requested for my account to be closed last march as I was moving. I have now been charged £75 for the past 3 month for a property I don't live in anymore. I have spoken to customer service 3 times in the last 2 month and its still not sorted. #wtf #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @bt_uk SCAMMERS, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD SCAMMERS COMPANY! WE CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT 2 YEARS AGo, 2 MONTHS LATER RECEIVED A NEW BILL WITH THREAT to pay , CONTACTED AGAIN- BT CUSTOMER SERVICED SAID NO ONE EVER CONTACTED THEM TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, BIGGEST SCAMMERS !!!cost extra £1600

    @bt_uk Okay so I raised a complaint on the 11th Feb, it went to your executive complaints team and the ombudsman. BT kept resolving the complaint and consolidating the new ones and made it look like it was created on the 27th March affectively stealing a month and a half of compensation

    @bt_uk Ive an issue with the app ease of use not being on par with what we have now in the form of sky mini hd boxe...walk in the room turn on flick through....with this im guessing its use the tv remote...select the app...log in...just cant see an app easy to use for e.g....nana

    @England @bt_uk Tonight England achieved nothing. The tactics were poor if not consistent. We didn't play to our players strength. Why can't we be a team that wants to win every tournament? ?

    4th time calling @bt_uk in 2 weeks, been on the phone 1 hour now and about to speak to person #5. How many customer support agents does it take to fulfil a basic tv internet broadband order? 10 people over 4 calls it seems.
