@milesbrignall do you cover @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk stories? They damaged my internet connection 5 weeks ago, and have refused to fix it so far. Latest update today is that they don't consider the issue "brand damaging" enough to be escalated...

@bt_uk broadband connection has failed whilst in the middle of presenting a works presentation! Trouble-shooting bot has identified an issue with it and is doing a re-boot. Not happy with service, system still down whilst trying to work!!!!!

@bt_uk That would be tricky also; Rural area and mobile reception is poor or non existent. Also the person is elderly and has hearing difficulties.
