    @bt_uk The issue being we got through to them in 5 minutes when you select to cancel broadband! She was rude, unhelpful and tried to rip me off so bye bye BT, thanks for the service but the customer service is ridiculous! I only wanted to upgrade to which the website wasn’t letting me!

    @bt_uk Thanks. Yes issue is still there. I reinstalled but still crashes on update. On my relatives laptop won’t open at all, even the uninstaller.

    @IMBEINGALERT @bt_uk I’ve always found with BT that individuals are usually good: but in the system you are just a number, and just a number in a system until it reaches the right persons desk. Give the support a call; if the can’t help they will pass you up or arrange a call back.

    @bt_uk on your renewal deal email it says I won't be charged more than a new customer but the deal doesn't come close to matching the latest new customer offers.i don't want to leave but may have to.

    @rioferdy5 Really appreciate your honesty in telling it straight on @btsport yesterday. Regardless what team you support, it's clear to see that #WestBrom was robbed a penalty. For Scholes to say otherwise, when Peter Walton said it should've been awarded, shows his clear bias. #MUNWBA

    @btsport Please don’t palm this off on a local network issue. I could stream other bt sport content, chromecast from YouTube/ Netflix etc, so it’s definitely a bt sport fault thinking I have legacy streams open. I get BT sport through my EE contract
