  Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

  Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  @bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice

  @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far
