    @bt_uk any plans to actually provide the broadband service you've "guaranteed" us? Yet again, we're back to the repeated dropping out of service. I'm absolutely sick of this. Periodic problem ever since service was taken up with you almost two years ago. @Ofcom

    Why do I even bother with @btsport lmao the Internet is way to weak for a gamer!!! If I miss another Champions League game because of this shite broadband I'm ring up tomorrow & cancelling my contract!!! (if the Internet is too slow I can get a refund and money back lol)

    @bt_uk I was due a call back from a manager yesterday which I didn't receive. Spoke to someone again at BT for another 45 minutes today and was PROMISED without fail that a manager would call me. NO CALL BACK.

    @bt_uk Getting slow responses when launching websites also buffering on both Firestick & iPad. I have links set up with my hub & as a guest elsewhere so it defaults to best signal (mostly the guest one) but working after a fashion

    @jamespriceglos @bt_uk Sorry to hear that James, happened to all too many BT customer friends of mine before. That's why some have moved to @VodafoneUK and are using a 5g router rather than risk an outage from a cable or exchange issue.

    @btbusinesscare Hi yeah I spoke to the credit referral team and the guy processed it all? Is there anything you can do to get it installed this week based on the most awful and stressful experience I have ever known and not forgetting how awful the initial advisor was that “processed” my order
