@bt_uk Accidentally purchased the wrong sports pass (wanted the boxing for tomorrow night) spoke to customer service who have refused to refund. Even tho I’ve only just purchased the pass just now in error.

@PeterCrouchPod Can the pod help get rid of the new trend where a pass is called an assist on @btsport & @BBCMOTD Passing the ball doesn’t help a player beat a goalie. I could pass to Crouchy ffs but it doesn’t help him score. It’s a pass, a cross, a throw-in, a cut back. End of.

@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?
