Today is the 18th day @bt_uk has left a vulnerable disabled customer with epilepsy without emergency assistance, due to cutting broadband and phone line off by their own admission their mistake. The catalogue of errors has been shocking. Last straw now, I don’t know what to do 😭

@bt_uk I left BT broadband three years ago despite the speed increasing to an eye-watering 1.4Mbps from the previous 0.9Mbps. I can get an on/off EE signal if I walk up the field about 50 yards from the house. Are you having a laugh?
