Aim (@amypeters) reported@OpenreachHelp hi, can you tell me how zen can get you to install FTTP within a week (to a neighbour) but @bt_uk have earliest date as 2 months’ time? As a key worker WFH with faults lasting over a year you can’t fix I would hope BT could get you to move quicker than this.

Most contact, whether by phone or chat, sees a computer at the other end.. sadly, the few staff follow the same routine as the programmed computer automated support.. Lose all hope..

Valuable work with vulnerable children. Despite numerous times of telling BT I’m not a business they still give me this Terrible account- two now it would seem! 😭😭😭

Speak to BT, and I have to wait to tomorrow until the home move team are in 👍🏻 cheers, disconnecting someone when they have to work from home
