@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

@bt_uk The EE mobile network is broken in my part of the World. So it is not untreatable. Been haphazard for 2 days and at least another 8 hours to fix. Won’t hold my breath.

@bt_uk not only did nobody show up to install our fibre broadband on the day of the appointment last week, we've had no communication from you and are now told we have to wait another month. 2 months to get fibre installed? This is unacceptable! Please can someone help?

@bt_uk your TV signal is terrible, I've bought a booster for my Arial and still I can't watch the TV I'm paying you for and when I ask to cancel my contract for something you're not supply me, you say I can't, terrible customer service!!

@bt_uk Was promised a call back on the 31st of May, and I am STILL waiting the callback from a manager from your Full Fibre team. Then promised a call today at 13:30 which never materialised. Just called the team AGAIN and only told that there is no manager to speak to me. Awful!

@bt_uk so how come I am being charged for BritBox when I couldn’t actually use on tv as no app available. I did phone your support desk about this and am irritated that you are charging me for it ! I have cancelled it but still have to fork out £5.99. 😞
