Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.

If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.

jenny leyshon (@jennyleyshon) reported@bt_uk absolutely useless - TV is slow in buffering and laptop is slow but do you think I can talk to somebody with a bit of common sense? No. Been told everything is fine but it’s not. I want an engineer out to fix as I need to be able to work from home.
