@bt_uk I have tried to change the email on my account several times today. Keeps saying has sent an email for me to confirm the change BUT it has not! Really annoying. Can't get any help either.

@btbusinesscare It won't allow me to send direct message. Account is GB21191116. It's off again tonight. Messaging via mobile data in car park. This fault was reported last week. Disgusting service. I was on hold for 30 minutes this afternoon too. Promised it would be fixed tonight.

6. Called again. Finally got to explain the problem. Did so in great detail. Was told I'll get a call back with appointment details. Never did. 7. Called again. Explained the situation again. This was all new info to the rep (does @bt_uk not teach reps to take account notes?)

@bt_uk I spent an hr on the phone to a lovely engineer just now, as our Internet isn't working. He said we have to wait 8 days for an engineer to fix the problem. This is totally unacceptable as my husband runs his business from home. Any advice? He can't work without Internet.

@BTBusiness @bt_uk Shocking shocking service. Promised installation 1st Sep now 28th Sep and my whole family and two businesses are hung out to dry. 5 calls & got put through to a call centre in India. All they can do is update that they've missed every deadline they gave given. Shocking experience

So. @bt_uk on Monday insisted my broadband going out was not related to my contract renewal. Told me its Openreach's problem. Guess what? It wasn't Openreach's problem, there's an error in my order code somewhere with BT's Wholesale team which could be another 72 hours to fix.
