@bt_uk No, the Hub is in a completely different room from the handsets. This has been a problem for a number of years but it's only become an issue recently because video calls keep cutting off.

@bt_uk I tried that but it didn't work on the browser. I could sign in at least but it wouldn't let me watch it. almost like it wasn't trying to load the video on the website. The app would have worked if that error code 153 wouldn't have came up

@btsport please help.. ordered the fight on sky (btsportHd) but the recording was Interrupted with signal loss every 2 mins so we are redownloading it at 3pm sky490.. u r not going charge me again are you..
