  @bt_uk Openreach need to come back with a hoist to access the box on the outside house wall - I was told it would be today but nobody has been in contact. We have no phone service at all and the broadband is off and on all day. Trying to work from home and it's a nightmare!

  @bt_uk Yes. It changes colour. The phone calls I have had on your 0300 number all confirm that they know there is a problem as they can see it on your systems.
