@btbusinesscare I’ve tried 3 times today to sort our broadband fault & your team disconnect me. You changed us to digital, removed our critical care (without telling us!), now we have no broadband and no mobile signal. Is this the way you like to treat small businesses?

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare

At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!
