@bt_uk you were ever so helpful when I had previous WiFi issues, I'm hoping for more super help. Most of my house now gets satisfactory WiFi coverage. Just 2 bedrooms are still quite poor. I believe you'll kindly supply WiFi extending discs? How is been to claim these? Thankyou

@bt_uk Absolute lies! Our internet has been awful since joining you back in May. Coverage terrible around the house, and the speed is consistently slow. You sent an engineer round, he was also getting terrible speeds. Every time I speak to someone they just try and sell to me... awful

@bt_uk BT is awful, customer service is just a cyclical round of nonsense. Ofcom are complicit who protect the bad service. I had piss poor, below par service throughout my contract, numerous engineer visits and no improvement. Changed provider 32mg vs 15mg from new vs BT.. ********.

@bt_uk I was with BT for years. Their service was ******* awful! I lost count of the hours on the phone to BT. We were lucky enough to get cabled for Virgin. What a difference - super fast and reliable. In the last 2 years we have not had a single problem.

@bt_uk I've had my broadband cut off at home. Home move pending. I set up moving dates, then changed them when those dates changed. Looks like you've disconnected me on the original date regardless. Can you help get me reconnected asap? My wife needs to work from home.
