@bt_uk How can I contact a U.K. based engineer to report a network issue? The only thing your website offers is a ‘virtual assistant’ thing which connects me to an agent based in a different country and then disconnects me mid-conversation.

@bt_uk I'm just trying to alert you to an issue, and life's too short to be faffing around with stuff like that. It's not affecting my service, I just noticed it on a walk - so when you start getting reports of network faults near Hope, Flintshire the problem may well be this one!

@jamclarkey But @jamclarkey there is no good deal for a service that simply doesn’t work. They promised me the cancellations team. I used to work for @bt_uk years ago and we had to deliver a good service. They don’t seem to have that ethos anymore.

@bt_uk appalling customer service this evening. Been on call for 54 minutes and counting. Cancelled services before Xmas. Still being charged and receiving emails about active account. Tried to sort over the phone. Operative put me on hold half an hour ago. Answers?!

@bt_uk your service is shocking - we have been without internet for 15 days - called your teams 5 times over the past few days. Promised a call today to update us and still nothing we call this evening and get told the order is cancelled! This is ridiculous!!! @MarcAllera
