It's absolutely outrageous @bt_uk are putting up prices for the most basic crappy slow broadband connection by over 105 quid a year. 14.4%. Just ridiculous. Time to leave.

@DanieljamesVMO2 I think I upset @bt_uk as we're now having intermittent internet issues... You would've thought the £1.2 billion net profit would be enough to invest without another £100 a year from people already. But I guess that is down on last year.

@bt_uk - so todays BT interaction. Texts and emails telling me my super fast broadband is now working - FIB still have purple flashing lights. Text 2 we will call you between X & Y to discuss your complaint - FIB no call. #roguetraders

@bt_uk I’ve been manipulated by BT and lied to. This is how an 11 year loyal customer has been treated. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Go back and listen to the recording or is this a lie too, you don’t have a recording? Or is it just my notes not recorded?
