    @bt_uk Shocking to see b'band increases of £13 per month since April for my deceased mother's account. @Ofcom Ours of £8.05 was bad enough but nothing you can do apparently that won't involve a 24 mth contract & £100s in early release

    @1confucious @PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I genuinely think some of Sky’s tech support team couldn’t switch a compute on some days some of the conversations I’ve had with them in the past. Some of them are amazing however and just get everything sorted. Luck of the draw with that one.

    @Ofcom can @bt_uk @BTCare refuse to replace broken router as ‘out of contract’ even though they are still charging me in advance for a service that does not work? I do not want to be tied in for another 18 months.

    @bt_uk no we have not. the service that was supposed to happen tuesday morning never showed. we called to complain and you promised tuesday afternoon 2-4pm- they didnt show again. then we got a text to say today. they showed up without the part you had slready identified as missing. grr

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Sharing fyi as complaint on its way. After BT managed to dm me at 9pm they closed the complaint b4 resolving?I was advise approx 1am. hopefully u understand how mentally draining it can be for ‘customer’s’ experiencing #poorservice like this & trying to do own jobs / life
