My sister and bro in law are in their 60s and 70s and carers for BIL's 101 year old Mum inc liaising with hospital. Haven't had internet or phone for over a week because of errors by @EE and @BT_uk. Should have been reconnected yesterday. Nothing! Can't be that hard to turn it on

@MoneySavingExp Our @bt_uk broadband renewal quote was £8 or 25% more. In the letter the same deal was offered as new customer/actively change for £2 less than what we were currently paying its a joke. You have to waste time on hold waiting to talk to someone otherwise automatically pay more.
