    @bt_uk why do your representatives feel it is ok to hang up on elderly customers? Iโ€™ve been helping my nan with internet, told 2 different stories, didnโ€™t show up on installation date, then told canโ€™t do it because of careline, ยฃ95 offer revoked. Disgusting behaviour!

    @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

    BT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach
