    @bt_uk I left BT WiFi some time ago - daily interruptions - and have received a much better service from Orange since. But that wasn’t my point. Sigh.

    @bt_uk Oh: hello Eileen. Yes, when rain starts the internet goes down within 60 secs but then comes on again after 5 minutes or so, even if rain continues; it's just the starting of rain that has the effect ! Whenever doing important on-line transactions we often check the sky first !

    @OpenreachHelp Understandable, but it doesn’t help that my service provider @bt_uk doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, while they’re flagging the issue is due to Openreach not being able to give a firm update on the issue at hand. Openreach keeps shifting the connection date (1/2)

    @bt_uk So Nan (101 yrs old) been in nursing home since Nov. No contact with fr&fam. Taken you 5mths to sort her phone. You’ve now cut her off - no outgoing calls allowed. Threatening to take her to court. She’s happy with that - hope you’re not. #embarrassing #BT #complaint
