    @mrscorer @IanLodge11 I don’t use any BBC service but got to pay the BBC licence fee to watch live sports provided by SkySports and BTSport

    @bt_uk hi, an engineer was meant to visit today as my internet has barely been working since it was installed about a week ago and no one has turned up? i’m a new customer and beyond unimpressed, regretting switching to your broadband

    @bt_uk and by any chance if you @giffgaff can actually get of your backsides and at the very least give me a engineer appointment date been waiting a month now nothing maybe i should cut out the middle man and contact your friends @virginmedia directly

    @bt_uk Hello - what on earth has happened to the MyBT app? It was bad before, it's even worse now!! Can't find anything useful, the most useful page is very dark, as if there's a screen over it. Really not an upgrade... tell I.T. to design something useful. Do they even check it?

    @btbusinesscare Thanks , but no one's been in touch - mind you , could be difficult on a phone system that's not working. Nevertheless , nothing received on e-mail either.

    @clarescastle @btbusinesscare I've just cancelled all our business with them after 30 plus years. The incredible customer service we used to enjoy is a thing of the past

    @bassetnormand @clarescastle @btbusinesscare It's a shame because they had a lot of inbuilt loyalty just because so many of us started off with BT and have never seen cause to change. 30 years is a long run but they did absolutely nothing to try and keep our business
