@bt_uk We called last week and have been told to wait until Wednesday this week. The issue is my nan has dementia and the phone is her only method of contact to us....it is causing her great distress and we are having to go down to reassure her 6+ times at home. It is not fair on her.

After being promised a fault repair yesterday after 13 days or waiting @bt_uk updates the estimates fix to 26th August. No explanations and no support. That will be 16 days without internet and 22 since moving house.

My internet cuts out completely multiple times a day and @bt_uk said there’s a problem. Send an engineer out and he can’t find anything and leaves without offering a solution. Top service.

@xannov My grandma's got one, but it's been useless for nearly a month because the phone line in her street is down (copper stolen from the exchange box; @bt_uk couldn't care less; @age_uk have been no help but happy to keep charging): they require a functioning landline to work.

@bt_uk "upgraded" from fibre to full fibre. Failed installation left with no Internet connection since Thursday 11th. Rely on Internet for homeworking. Been misled numerous times around fixing and now I can't get through to anyone who can help.
