It seems customer are being fooled as @bt_uk at least pick customer calls. Customer are least of concern for @virginmedia how pathetic a company can go? They have all excuses for not helping customers. @LutzSchueler this is frustrating.. hope u r not facing this issue

@Dan_Simmonite @TheVanaramaNL It's not as if anyone else has ability to produce highlights - except BTSport who confirmed they have no issues with releasing on a sunday after their highlights show on Saturday evening. And @TheVanaramaNL despite being in meetings with us, cant explain why the embargo needed.

@bt_uk @Fehners I rang BT and spoke to a lad who who marked the hub as returned, told me I could throw it away, he wasn't bothered, then tried to renew my contract under the guise of helping me to avoid a price rise. No apologies. Awful customer service.

Yet another day without a resolution and with a good measure of discrimination being called "Sir" by the attendant. I never changed my title from Ms so no excuses. Apparently the Friday engineer just buggered off and never completed my order. Thank you @bt_uk !
