Hey @BTCare just did a speedtest bc my connection was slow, and it was 1.4 - 2 Mb/s until three-quarters through the test when it shot up to 23 Mb/s. Curious..

@bt_uk Thank you Lisa @bt_uk will do. My Wi-Fi disc disappeared off its packaging, mysteriously being delivered with the broken shrink wrap. Tracking it down to see where it is and after questioning it going missing was told it was found and handed in but now can’t get hold of anyone.

@bt_uk Yes… I turned on the box this morning a d I got the message that it needed an update.. so I okayed it.. but it didn’t shut down after the update even though it was 100% updated.. I ended up switching it off and on, don’t know if the update completed or not.
