@bt_uk That would be great if I was actually being given accurate information. I’ve apparently missed an engineer appointment today, when the engineer who came yesterday told me they wouldn’t be back out till March. Go to rebook the appointment and nothing til mid-Feb? Not good service

@bt_uk Your engineers turned up, lied about a repair, which according to your operator is a common occurrence, so now have another fault in the system, delaying it at least another week. The usual pathetic rural service that we get every year, down to lack of viable competition.

Had appalling internet service from @EE for about two months. Despite new router and engineer visit - absolutely useless. Switched to @BTGroup @bt_uk yesterday and game changer. Congratulations to BT and shame on EE.
