@bt_uk Broadband keeps cutting off several times a week, around the same time every night just after midnight. And your 'new' fault checker doesn't work (500 error). Who runs your development and why did they release a new checker that doesn't work? Impossible to report fault!

@bt_uk Disgraceful service. Communicated and committed Fibre would be live 12th October. After thier initial mistake from installation. Still not live past 12th October. No communication or update provided as to why not!
