@bt_uk @BTCare the proble has not been resolved. How can you ask for money to get out of contract, WHEN, BT are not supplying the product. Not sure how you will resolve unless you fix the Degraded Mast which is causing signal issues. Meaning, no signal to use the phone!

@btsport absolute terrible service. have signed up for bt broadband, tv and sport and have not received any thing but bad service. delayed delievery. no comms. no customer support. avoid at all costs

@iamnicksimpson @bt_uk My general rule with @bt_uk these days is - if I have a problem, email the most senior person whose email I can find. Their customer service people lie to you in writing, they do nothing when you complain - they're a waste of space, honestly.
