I’m becoming fed up with @bt_uk. Not only does their internet supply disconnect for a random period of time every Friday evening without fail (thank heavens for 4G…), but there seems to be serious, ongoing reliability issues with their e-mail at the moment too.

@bt_uk on hold for 40 mins. Supposed to get a credit for £197 but getting overdue bills because 2 departments need to sort it. I now just want to cancel the new account

@crouchy9 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Was told Wednesday they were installing, never showed up. Phoned up complained, the BT guy spoke with openreach, called me back Thursday morning and told me they’ve got me in for an emergency appointment as they didn’t show, today. Never showed again
