  @bt_uk your health check isn’t working. Your stupid robot tells me my speeds are fine. I’m playing ps5 on a wired connection with an upload varying between 15-20 and it should be 100. There is clearly an issue and I cannot do a thing about it.

  Hi @bt_uk I am desperate to talk to a real person. I don't have a BT account. My 95-year old neighbour has lost her phone and broadband connection. She is largely deaf as well. I can't call from her phone as it is not working...1/2

  @bt_uk Ridiculous , 0330 123 4150 rings and then just cuts off. Switching due to being overcharged and slow network but cannot get hold of anyone.

  @bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.

  Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.
