.@bt_uk Why do you offer new customers at our address full fibre 100, (150Mb), whilst as an existing customer you only provide the option of fibre halo3 (74Mb) which is half the speed for the same price?

@pjm1kbw @bt_uk It has left my parents without the Lifeline support they need. As you can imagine, it’s stressful for them and us children. BT apologise a lot but nothing gets fixed. Glad your father was able to get it fixed though!!

The @btsportfootball @btsport service is unwatchable today. Picture, sound blocking and dropping out completely. Unusable. 🤬Terrible service @BTCare I thought streaming was supposed to stop all this nonsense. And, it’s not my broadband or router (mind you, they are both BT!). 🤔

@bt_uk Virgin cut our landline whilst still charging us for it, and it's the last straw in a long list of grievances. I've been with them for a long time, 20 years and it's about time I moved on. They do not value me as a customer.

@bt_uk Thanks for your eventual reply Eamon, sadly as any response from the SM team seems as patchy as the service, the only thing I would like is contact info of someone that I can escalate my issue to.
