@bt_uk hi... I have been experiencing problems with my broadband over the last few weeks. I should be getting speeds of 50-73 Mbps with a guaranteed speed of 50, but I get around 30, and it goes as low as 13!!! Can you help please? Thanks

@btsportfootball @btsport can u ask why the biggest game of the weekend is on the red button in god awful quality on my sport, a game I pay to watch. Instead, showing absolute unnecessary commentators. Shameful mate. Get your channel sorted ASAP, clowns 🤡

@bt_uk Yeah, I am getting channels on the TV, it happened last night when I was watching the Liverpool game, the signal wasn't good then it just completely lost the channels. Done a full factory reset but to no avail
