@bt_uk @Sch2903 I have to move out of my house for 4 months, and I have been told I can’t suspend my contract. I am happy to pick up the 24 months where I left off at the end. Stuff happens in peoples lives, your contract is not designed for customer needs but for your profits.

@bt_uk My Broadband went down on 7th July and I reported it on 8th, hoping it would fix itself overnight. I was told someone would come between 1 - 6pm on 13th July so I took the day off. I rang to ask if the engineer was definitely coming and was on the phone to you/

@bt_uk hi my internet is being super patchy, can’t use my netflix and also trying to do some work and it’s taking forever to load. are there any issues in my area? there are roadworks that have appeared overnight but we had no prior warning of them
