    I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.

    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

    @bt_uk want to make a complaint about EE. I am 72 technology I can’t handle. All I wanted to do was speak to a customer service they didn’t want to know. Sky at least treated me as a human, I was so upset, gave bad feedback they didn’t care

    @bt_uk you really need to teach Open Reach how to speak to females. Just had one in my business in Wokingham, turned up a day late, no call, stopped my business operating as he had to turn net off (after two attempts previously to be fixed) and was rude as hell to me
