  @btbusinesscare I tried the links you sent for WhatsApp and got absolutely nowhere, BT customer service is absolutely terrible. I can't emphasise how bad your customer service is.

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  @bt_uk I’ve just tried that generic phone number, after being passed on several times I finally got told that they are experiencing technical outage and to phone back.
