    @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though
