@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk very poor service guys . Engineer failed to show yesterday. Guaranteed a phone call today - didn’t happen. Set it up ourselves , not working . Now what ? Call Virgin maybe ?

@bt_uk Not resolved - first advisor told me it would be fixed - it wasn’t - next advisor told me there seems to be an error and handed me to another department phone queue and I never got to the front of it
