@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@btbusinesscare when we report that you have cancelled our broadband in error, how can it possibly be part of the solution to cut off our phones as well? Not happy.

@bt_uk cs is the worst Iv ever experienced. Took an extra £113 out of my account for ‘unreturned’ equipment (not true), then lied to me twice abt refunding after I begged and cried to them bc I have no money to even buy food til they refund me #heartless #terrible #wheresmymoney

@bt_uk any way to cancel bt sports online? Signed up for broadband with you and someone on online chat said my bt sport price would come down... it hasn't.

@bt_uk Okay I can see that. Thanks. I now need to reconfigure the two accounts I have in the house down to one. Last time i tried this it was a complete nightmare. How do I get to speak to an adviser? I have to say I hate the @BTGroup experience with a vengeance.

Hey @bt_uk I'm trying to work out if I can have my BT tv in more than one room at a time, but I don't seem to get the option to add "extra room" despite having a fast enough internet. Any help?

@bt_uk Interesting there is no mention of dealing with Openreach when you are trying to identify and organise the work required on your property to fix BT's damage but once there is a problem suddenly BT has no responsibility. #BTDONTCARE
