@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@bt_uk I’ve attempted to get your customer service reps to resolve this on 5 different occasions and got nowhere. So I figured publicly exposing the fact that you breach GDPR by sending details like that to unverified addresses might work

@bt_uk - help - we have a vital phone line out with a fault and cannot get any sense from BT at present. The account holder is on holiday and cannot be contacted. We cannot even report the fault. The is a care home for older people and we need a phone for emergencies.

Anyone else that’s a @bt_uk customer notice speaking to staff in the broadband section is like and as painful as having a conversation with my two teenage lads? It’s painful. Appreciate the uk call centre but it’s been a bit - yeah but, no but, yeah but, you get me…🙈

@btbusinesscare I took out out a new customer broadband & phone with you last week. A engineer came out on Friday to install a box on the outside of our office. The stage 2 of the install (router etc) now I’m being told isn’t until the end of the month!

@bt_uk I'm done with the excuses and poor service. I just want to get out of this contract. So soooo poor. Worst company I've ever dealt with. My contract ends in October and I cannot wait.

@bt_uk Still on other line trying to sort, at least you have decent hold music. Have no signal upstairs and in back of house. Never been an issue before. No one seems to understand 50 mins later. Speeds fine.. just signal in house.
