    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    Damn, spend ages trying to set up a password that's short enough and insecure enough for an @virginmedia account only to get told I can't set up an account at the moment. Can we please get a useful ISP in the UK? We used to have @Plusnet but they got bought out by @bt_uk

    @bt_uk @BTCare If we have a power outage. I need to be able to make calls. If our heating goes off I need to make alternative arrangements for my mother in law accommodation or call engineers. My mobile signal is not reliable. Yes. It works some times. But I need a land line for peace of mind

    @bt_uk Well I’m a little confused in that I had a text saying it was fixed, tried 3x rebooting the main hub & still nothing. Do you have any more info please?? Thanks Sharonk for your help so far.

    Hello @bt_uk @BTCare I do not want digital voice. I have to have a reliable land line that I can use in the event of a power cut. Mobile signal is not always reliable and land line only way to contact doctors or emergency services. A “free” phone is not the solution

    @bt_uk sales advisor missold me a contract, called up to cancel, new advisor said they'd call me the following day but didn't. Now on hold again on the phone having had to call back myself. Losing my patience with BT's customer service

    @NatTheNocturnal @bt_uk Now Cinema is basically Sky Cinema, you could likely get fibre and full range of Sky + cinema for £20 less. If it's broadband only. Both Virgin and Sky should be nearly half your current price for the same speed. Rn you're paying the equivalent of a 1gig down price from Virgin

    @bt_uk Myphone number is 01892723074. I have been told by a private individual and my GP that they have left messages for me. Not received nothing on 1571. Phone has not been unattended. Need help please.

    @VodafoneUK , @bt_uk - I dont own the line, just resolve amongst you two what went wrong in the process! why penalise me? & if there is process issues, work together to have a transparent moving process so customers like me don't suffer.
