    @bt_uk @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Settings created in the portal are not pushed to the phones ie: speed dials, pickup groups don't work. Generally the system is not reliable, nor is your support. #VeryPoor

    @bt_uk Sales guy on the phone suggested my spend would go down but it went up. Tried to get out, could cancel BB but would have to pay £180 for sports because you can’t have it without BB. Poor form by BT.

    @bt_uk I would like my contract cancelled without charge, 4 engineer visits and still not getting the guaranteed speeds, BT has had plenty of time to rectify this, the engineer couldn’t even give a reason why the speed to my hub is slow

    @bt_uk Yes, only to receive a text to say my service should be back to normal, which it isn’t, the team tried to contact me at a time I told them was unsuitable for me, took my break at work at the time I expected the call only to not receive one

    @bt_uk @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare We have had problems since October, our Polycom phones were replaced a week ago and have made our problems worse, the last time the C.V team contacted me was Tuesday morning. Random SIP Forking is the worst issue, leaving users unable to answer calls.

    @DenmarkTriads @womensbadminton And if BTSport would show it ,, we could all watch it ! Poor coverage so far in my opinion, paying for it but not seeing it 😩

    @bt_uk help help what's going on with email accounts not had email on devices all week please advise I have had to reinstall as out on Mac but still having issues with bt server not recognising passwords

    @camilla1965 @bt_uk Unfortunately I can’t access the My BT account either - it’s all blocked so need @bt_uk to assist. I’ve had substantial issues with them in the past so I’m not hopeful this will be a quick fix! 🙈

    @AliceCAshcroft @bt_uk I resolved by accessing email via myBt website that worked ok and confirmed my account details were correct - that's the issue I have I cant log in on other devices
