@bt_uk help! I’ve been asked to call your number to sort out a move but it took 10 mins for the girl who answered to find my account; she could have done it though my phone number but didn’t want to, then she put me on hold & nothing happened. Can I email to resolve this?

@bt_uk I have probably just had the rudest customer service member of staff talk to me yet! I have an outstanding complaint since March 2nd that no-one is doing anything about, and every time I call no-one can get a senior member of staff to call me regarding the service

@bt_uk apparently having identified the problem last weekend as being an Open Reach issue you sent a BT repair guy without the means to fix the issue. so day 4 of missed work. i presume you will br refunding me the amount of pay we are losing by missing so many days work

@bt_uk why do your customer service managers not follow up complaints that have been passed over to them. Every time I call in I get told they will call on a certain date but it never happens. Called in several times now. No email address to send anything it’s phone calls only

Poor service with @ShellEnergyHome broadband. 5 days without internet, no email response, on hold checking the line. Did all the checks but only when I ask for it to be escalated to @bt_uk (told fault at my end) miraculously comes back. Time to leave

Hi @EE I've got a mini hub provided by @bt_uk whilst waiting for my broadband to be installed, but why do I only get 15 mins of connection before it decides there's no signal? I'm on EE for my mobile in the same location and have full signal? Not useful
