  @bt_uk broadband down in KT6 and not going to be up until 3pm: can you shed any light on why it is down so long? I can’t work until it is back up.

  @bt_uk has to be the worst internet providers about. Had nothing but problems with them now for 5 months. If you looking at getting a new internet supplier never use these.

  @bt_uk why is the security check taking more than 3.5 hours since I sent the requested document, I need my product tomorrow as promised in the express delivery, I paid extra for a service that isn't going to apply as promised, that is the worst customer service I've ever had.
